Hello Sir
I am co-borrower for a home loan where primary borrower and third borrower exist.
Primary borrower pays the emi from his salary. The same three names are present on property. Second borrower i.e. me has not given any security to the bank. I was included on property and loan only to increase the loan eligibility of primary borrower.
My questions are as follows
1. In case primary and third borrower are unable to service the loan, can i file suite against them to sell the properties and pay bank?
2. Can i claim ownership rights of the property on the basis that my creditworthiness and financial status was used by primary and third borrower to increase their eligibility for the loan?
3. Can primary and third borrower file case against me to giveup my rights on property without considering my non monetory contribution mentioned above?
4. Do i need to make payments towards loan and create my interest in the property? Or by virtue of having my name on property i have owenership right?

This is regarding to my cousin. She is being trapped by one guy and he played fraud stories to get married her. After playing lot of games the register marrage was done 2 years back. Till date she never lived with him even one day. Now she realised her own and she wants to cancel the register marriage. But he is not agree for the cancellation of register marriage. He tried to blame her and try to spoil her life by using those documents. Please suggest the better way to cancel it and advice how to cancel it in less time period. Is there any chance to cancel this without his involvment.

As per Rule 135 Part III Kerala Service Rules if a pension remains undrawn for more than three years, the pension will cease to be payable. But the period of limitation for drawal of pension as per Article 56(b) (iii) of Kerala Financial Code Volume I, is twelve years. As there is repugnancy which will prevail- the Code or the Rule?. Which is the parent Act under which the Kerala Service Rules and the Kerala Codes such as Financial Code, Treasury Code etc are framed?

Dear sir/madam,
Due to March ending I failed to pay only 1 emi and promised to pay up within next 8-10 days. Still I recieve calls every 15-20 min from the day preceding the due date even on Sundays by the same person (atleast 40-50 calls a day). When asked the agent says that he will continue to harass me until I pay up. This is the first time I have ever failed to pay the emi. what should I do?

With the reference of the above subject, plaintiff get Injunction order from trial court, defendants preferred appeal before the Hon'ble District Court for Stay on Injunction.which is still pending. Thereafter, plaintiff move application with prayer of Grant Police aid to maintain Injunction, we has filed say with rebut the application.,but,Hon'ble court matter fix for final argument with police aid.
My question is that.
Can court grant police aid to plaintiff for maintain Injunction order while all civil remedies are available to plaintiff?if not please provide some case laws on this topic. As soon as possible. I am waiting your valuable suggestions.

A case has been registered before 7months at another state,just i came yo know about the case.. So kindly suggest where ld i go for counter complaint and whether i ll b able to register counter complaint as it is already 7months gone but i have clear evidence against harassment

I am a student, 26years old woman. Last year I met a guy in my college. As a senior he helped me in my study. Suddenly he proposed me and I said no to him because of his odd behaviour. And he insulted me for the rejection. But constantly, by suicidal thread he forced me to accept him. And after a long time I accepted him. But from the very first day, he constantly giving me mental pressure, torturing me. And doing voulger doubts which are totally wrong. And giving me blame by using slangs. I told him to leave me if I am a so wrong person. But simply, forcefully he try to keep this so called relationship. He did all the wrong things. As, one of the incidents, He asked me to sleep with him to prove my virginity. I have rejected his wish. And shouted at him and he said he recorded my voice while I was shouting, because of it to prove that I am wrong and torturing him. But he is doing totally wrong to me. I want to move on and go away from him. I said everything to his gurdian. But they have not take any step. Now he has made vulger rumors and spread it to my college and society. And showing that he is innocent and I cheated on him. And he is telling lies to everyone. Recently, I come to know that he had done almost same things with his x-gf. While she was trying to protest him, he slapped her infornt of everyone and send her to the hospital and showed that the girl was wrong. And destroyed her reputation and character too. We have relationship for 6months. And he thread me to destroy my study, career and reputation. And he is doing so. And also giving thread to my family by showing he has political power and he said no law and police can do anything to him. And force me to keep the relationship. But I can not because I can not tolerate him anymore. Now I am afraid about my family and my reputation and career. Please, suggest me, what should I do to protest him? I want a legal advice for permanent solution to protect my family and my self.

Dear, I am Manish! A Hindu brahmin. I was married on nov6 2011.My wife has left my house since July 2014 stating she would return back in 15 days and has not yet turned up back as on 17april 2016.she is working in Jaipur Rajasthan I have been trying to contact her and in laws but none r responding to me and even since thenwe r not talked to eacheach other and her father and relatives also not giving any details.even in 2012 she left for 7 months uncontacted.
