Dear Sir,
My friend is a British National of Indian Origin. His wife also a British National died in London. She had only few shares in an Indian Company in her sole name. She died intestate. He is applying for a succession certificate in London and under English law he shall inherit the shares as their value is much less than GBP 250,000.
My question is if he produces this certificate to the Registrars of the Indian company will they accept it and transfer the shares?
What is to be done for the certificate to be made acceptable in India?

who will become trustee of family tradition trust after death of trustee whereas byelaws has lost and which act will apply.

My grandfather gifted me plots of lands through gift deed authenticated by Notary Board.
In the gift deeds my age is printed as about 28 years whereas when the deeds were signed I was 34 years old. Will I have to rectify the same or it's normal and will'nt torture me in future? Please advise me.

Dear Esteemed Luminaries of Law,
I have been a dedicated member of this site for few years now and am working as a HR Manager. In recent time, I believe that I can contribute constructively to the fraternity by learning law myself. My interactions with the seniors here in this site has been encouraging & invigorating to say the least.
Am now eager to study Law, while I continue to practice the HR profession. I would love to enrol myself as an Advocate in the near future. I missed listening to my dear dad (who is no more) about pursuing law instead of having pursued an MBA. I regret it now but I hope it is not too late.
Considering my need and passion, Can you please advise if
(a) I have the opportunity to study Law & enrol as an Advocate as am 40 years old now
(b) If yes, Will I have flexible options to study regular Law on weekends or few days a week evening courses (since am working as HR manager)
(c) If yes, would you please suggest colleges in Bengaluru
(d) If no for Query b, what alternatives do I have on hand to learn Law and to enrol myself as an Advocate subsequent to passing the qualifiers
Iam an eager learner and I can assure the fraternity that I shall upkeep the values of the profession and its heritage. I need the right guidance to practice and bring forth the best of a Lawyer in me. Hope I can keep the wishes of my dad alive.

I m working in maharashtra irrigation department and I m giving other department exam and I was just intimate department but they had not given any reply for my intimation. So their will be any GR regarding ,within how many days for taking decision on my intimation. OR any GR for giving examination of other department

I have purchased a flat in Auction. I have paid Full Amount and received highest Bidder Certificate, Sale Certificate and Possession Letter from Bank.
The flat was on the name of Defaulter and his mother (Joint Owners). Now the elder brother of Defaulter claims that he has filed a suit against his brother to get his share in the said flat. This suit is at the stage of Application and has not even been listed on the board of Mumbai High Court. There is no Order of any court with the defaulter's brother or Society which prevents possession of the flat.
Society doesn't allow me to take possession of the said flat, giving me the reason that the Defaulter had given them a letter stating that the flat is under the dispute of both brothers in high court. I have read it properly. Applicant is Elder brother and Respondent is Defaulter. Applicant claims that his younger brother and his mother who were the joint owners of the flat had taken loan and defaulted. So he wants his share of property.
My questions are.
1) Can Society prevent me from entering in that flat?
2) What is the legal form of taking such possession? How can I get possession?
3) How can I get out of this problem?

Hi,
I purchased the flat in resale in 2013, I took loan from bank and now willing to switch my loan SBI. During loan transfer process, bank came to know that index 2 of my flat is not having flat number mentioned in it. I repeat in simple way (i) builder to owner1 agreement is having flat number mentioned in index 2 (ii) But owner 1 to owner2 agreement is not having flat number mentioned in index2. I am owner2 and owner 1 is not in India. Plz help me how to make the changes in my index2.
I tried to reach local advocate but he is asking for 10-15 thousand for the corrections. Plz help me

torture and false accusations
One of ma relatives daughter in LW left their house one year back n was demanding to stay separately.. The neighbours used abusive language against d senior citizen I.e the mother in law
