Sir my friend Prakash Sarapure got appointed on 13/12/2006 as Assistant Engineer(El) at KPTCL Karnataka under categary 2A ( Caste Hindu Hanabar) ( As per the certificate issued by Tahashildar) . Board asked Sindhutwa Pramana patra for declaration of probationary period . But DC , Backward classes and Minorities welfare department issued a letter saying the Hindu Hanabar caste comes under category 1 not under 2A it comes under category 1. As per that letter the department enquiry conducted on by friend for giving false caste certificate , but it was the mistake of tahashildar who issued the caste certificate by counting Hindu Hanabar in 2A ( Tahashildar has given letter for that accepting its mistake made by his office) as it was mistake from tahashildar my friend was acquitted from charges of submitting false caste certificate and got cleared of charges framed on him. But now problem is to declare probationary period under which category his appointment should be considered . 2A he cant claim, category 1 already post filled as per vacancy. General category also filled. Pls guide us in this matter

i have a case in the consumer forum
the complaint was against a government owned N B F C
i have two chitty accounts from which availed loan as chitty advance
on bid of a ticket they closed one loan account instead of closing two the prize money was sufficient it was my complaint
the respondent by an affidavit inform there was a deficiency in offered security and i didn't execute the agreement
it was not true(recently under R T I they inform prize money was sufficient and on closing the loan accounts the property would be sufficient for the future liabilities ) but the forum dismissed my complaint followed by the state commission and the national commission
there is no direction in the order forum just indicated as no deficiency in the part of the respondent
on dismissal of the complaint the respondent issued RR and collected amount for the closed loan account too is the issue
I need clarification or direction of the order means i want to know does the respondent have the right to collect the loan amount again which was once inform as closed whom should i contact regarding any problem ,if i write directly to the district forum kindly help

Dear sir fir has been registered on me and my friend under section 354a, 341, 506 and 323 , this is a false complaint registered against us , the same lady filed a case on one more guy under same sections , In the complaint given to police she states that we have beat her and abused which we havent done , can u pls suggest what to be done in this case , we have submitted the police the earlier case papers also but they say we are going to file chargesheet , pls do lookin the matter in court

respect sir please give me advise what should I write in attestation form regarding previous employment. I have joined Indian army in 2010 and after one month training I have deserted because I don't like it.after 3 years they send me a dismissed letter. I have been dismissed from service without any court martial ...now I have selected for government job..what should I write in attestation form. will be there any problem?? please advise me.

we engaged a lawyer for probate in Bombay H. court in 2015,paid rs 25000/-advance

After obtaining Memo we paid Court Fee Online[GRAS] -informed the advocate immediately, requesting for further course of action /guidance without delay.
After waiting for 20 days for his call he told us to handover All ORIGINALS[ court memo, Court fee receipt & WILL ]to him & that Executor's presence is not required.[which we requested/insisted for joint submission].
Experiencing his DELYE TACTICS at every stage,for last 9 months we are fearing to handover ORIGINALS especially "WILL" to him but to accompany him for submission in the court.[pl see our dilemma ]
In the circumstances
Q 1] whether we can directly submit all ORIGINALS without his consent & handover acknowledgement to him .
Q2] suppose we hand over ORIGINALS to him & he starts delaying tactics /misplace the WILL ,whether XEROX of will is considered as original.
Pl advise !
