I filed a case on a guy who cheated and exploited me sexually with a promise of marriage and love. First question is I submitted photo of me and the accused and I was said that source of photo should also be submitted to court like if it is in a memory card stored when it was taken I have to submit memory card if in phone I have to submit phone is it correct, how can I submit photos to court as proof? Other question is I have tried contacting accused and his mother asking to marry me and not ruin my life like I went to his home, messgaed, emailed I literally begged but never threaten anyone and his lawyer was claiming that I threaten him, will this be a negative point for my case? Please suggest...

Dear Sir,
I am Ketan Patel appearing for MBA and born in Nallasopara taluka Vasai and complicated my studies in Mumbai and I have domesile certificate of Maharashtra .
Also i have OBC caste certificate of Gujarat of my native. Is it valid for taking admission in Mumbai collages with OBC category for me.
Please advise for the same and let me know if any documents required for the same.

There is a girl aged 23 or 24, her father died few year back & mother started receiving the pension. Couple of years back girls mother has remarried. The girl leave separately. Now Her mother has stopped giving her money, she wants to complete her education and also wants money for livelihood, what can be the remedies. If any case be filed, where it can be filed and how, please tell the complete procedure and remedy

Hai everyone. I am a resident of Hyderabad. I married a girl one year back without knowing our parents. I want to get a marriage certificate now.The issue is we won't fall under prohibited degree of relationship but our surnames are name.when we apply for a marriage certificate under Hindu marriage act can we obtain it or else they will reject our application just because our surnames are same.Under special marriage act there is a possibility that our parents might know.we want to let them know only after getting certificate because they will not accept our marriage and might take my wife away from me.if there is a certificate I can sue them legally.so please please help me in getting my marriage certificate

We have a paghadi house and ownership as well. Recently we have shifted to ownership house as paghadi house is very old. But in a week 1 or 2 days I stay in paghadi house. In this case can lanlord can create any problem or trouble saying we can't keep paghadi house empty? And even if he wants not to keep it empty then what can he done?

My father nd my mother were married since 1986 but in 2013 due to unwanted argument they both seperated but no divorce nor talaq only my father says my mother is,no more his wife nd he married another women since 2 year pass ...now we live in house which built by my father nd property is on his name only ...now he is asking us leave the house as the property is on his name ....when i took some,legal suggestion some lawyer told us about HIBA ...what authority does my mother have as we are on possession of the property ...plz help me

Hello all,
One of my friend named "A" was working as Assistant Professor on regular basis for 3 years in a College affiliated to Panjab University, Chandigarh. He has got a copy of appointment letter. However, his college didn't sign any contract of service with him at the time of appointment. One week back , all of a sudden he was relieved from job without assigning any reason. He want to file a case against college for being reinstated. Can he do so? If yes, which Forum should he approach n under what Law?
