Dear Sir.
3 years back in bought the 2 plots but it's been registered on my cousin brother name.
As I couldn't able to come India at the time of Registration so thought of registering on my cousin name. (My father and his father as blood shared brothers).
Now I want to start the construction on that land, what is your best suggestion for the registration of that land on my name without any issues in the future.
As I was reading few articles that there might be able get into issues in gift deed.
Or is there any good format / draft which you can help me with. Which contains foolproof deed.
I am in India only for 2 weeks I want to complete this process.
Please help me out. This is the only earning I have got after working in abroad for over 7 years.

Can minor changes in my name be corrected by Court orders??
I am aware of gazette notification, yet they are not taken into account at some places especially like university......
Court order has weightage and also binding on all and non obey of order may be treated as contempt of court,let it be for passport or for further studies in universities, which is plus point...
PPlease assist /guide /help me with the procedure to be followed if any for this name change process..

Respected sir .. I was in the Indian army in 2010 as recruit. After one month of basic training I had left my service. After 3 years they send me a dismissed latter without any court martial due to my desertion .Now I have selected for government job and an attestation form sent to me.I am confused about the matter that what should I write in the attestation form.Sir help me. because (1) I have no date of joining an leaving. (2)duration of service because I have just one month of basic training (3) If I don't mention my previous employment will be any problem? (4) dismissed from army will bar to get this government job?? sir please help me.

Hi,
I and my husband got married in a temple but no one were available so that it proves that we are married he has married to me only front of God. So can you let me know what type of documents it can be proved that we are married. Because my husband is not ready to do register marriage so can you suggest if I can take a letter and signature from him stating that he has married to me and will not cheat me some thing like that. Please suggest. There was no pandit when we got married I really dono what to do

Hello all,
One of my friend named "A" was working as Assistant Professor on regular basis for 3 years in a College affiliated to Panjab University, Chandigarh. He has got a copy of appointment letter. However, his college didn't sign any contract of service with him at the time of appointment. One week back , all of a sudden he was relieved from job without assigning any reason. He want to file a case against college for being reinstated. Can he do so? If yes, which Forum should he approach n under what Law?
