I am applying for passport in pune. My birthdate on birth certificate is 15/8/1989 and all documents 10th, 12th, graduation and pg date plus aadhar card, pan card have date 11/7/1989. The correct birth date is 15/8/1989. How can change my birth date in all documents. My passport status is now ON HOLD. So how can i solve these query. The passport APO says that you have to meet the RPO about this within 10 days. I have receive receipt which i have stamped POLICY on that.Please suggest what can i do.

My cousin got married on 28 April 2016 After returning bride came up along with her 3 sisters usually brother use to come. They all four were sitting in a room with door closed a kind of privacy they want. We can feel something is going between them. When someone enter in that room her sisters say this or that person will not come in this room. She said she can't live here she want to shift and live in rented house. And same day at mid night she call her brother and they all get back to their house. while going they openly threatening. I wasn't there at that time otherwise i have definetly recorded their false threatening. This scenario was shocking for us 3 of my relatives were fainted. Someone told us that his brother has already written complaint against bride's sister in law. They are threatening my relatives. We are waiting for her return as they promised that she will be back. But she keep on saying that she want to live outside give us money for our room. My relative can't afford. My cousin is also staying with her in her house. I am concerned that she may complaint 498a in future What to do?

We married 1.5 yrs ago. Both of us are govt. employee. But after marriage i could realize that she is mentally sick, though i have no proof or any medical report in my support. She used to humiliate me evrytime, does not want to stay with my parents....she is living with her parents during last 3 months. I want to get rid of her...but she wants to stay with me ( not with my parents). How can i get divorce?

Dear SIrs
I work for an autonomous organization under the department of Tourism.My ACR/APAR for the past five years have not been made by my organisation as there was no application formats available.the delay took place because of the lackadiscal approach of the HOD which in this case is the Principal of the Institution.Now I have become eligible for promotion but a DPC is not being constituted as my organization is saying they need APAR of last five years.My query are
1)Can I get promotion from retrospective dates.
2)How do I go about it,should I make a representation.
3)The principal has now left the organization without filling the ACR/APAR.Can he still fill my APAR once the forms are made .

Sir thanks in advance please suggest me necessary advises for my problem,
I am working in a sub post office, in the rush of heavy counter work i lost my cash safe key in the office only. I have searched full office but that was not found. I intimated about this orally to higher divisional athority. They are saying this is very big issue and you will suspended by the department. Is it correct sir ? Now what am i do sir. In rush of work i have forgotten where i have lost it. I am seeking advise for this problem sir. I am very thankfull to you sir.

1.मई-2009 को पांच आरोपियों नें मिलकर वायदा बाज़ार (एम.सी.एक्स/एनसीडीएक्स) की आड़ में जिला दुर्ग के 24 लोगों से एक करोड़ रूपये की ठगी की है।
2.25 मई को मुख्य आरोपी फरार हो गया।
3.दिनांक 27 जुलाई 2009 से 28 अगस्त 2009 के बीच 10 पीड़ितों ने पुलिस थाने में अपनी अपनी लिखित शिकायत सबूतों के साथ दर्ज कर सभी पांचों आरोपियों पर आपराध दर्ज करनें की मांग की ।
4.पुलिस ने आरोपियों के प्रभाववश पूर्व में दिए 10 पीड़ितों के आवेदनों को नज़रअंदाज़ कर बाद में दिए एक पीड़ित के कमजोर आवॆदन पर एक मात्र मुख्य आरोपी पर धारा 420 का प्रकरण दर्ज कर दी ।
5.कई आवेदन व सबूत देने के बाद भी पुलिस ने कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की
6.विगत दिनों हमें कुछ ऐसे सबूत प्राप्त हुए जिससे सभी अपराधियों का अपराध साबित हो जाएगा हमनें सारे सबूत पुलिस को दे दिए
7.पुलिस सबूतों को जाँच किये बगैर मुख्य आरोपी के नहीं मिलने पर न्यायलय धारा 299 CRPC के तहत चालान पेश कर दिया
पिछले छह साल से हम पीड़ित न्याय के लिए संघर्षरत हैं पर पुलिस कुछ नहीं करना चाह रही है

Short description of the case
============================
1.In May 2009 five accused under the guise of formal forward market(MCX/NCDX) district fortification consisting of 24 people cheated of more than Rs one crore.
2.On May 25 main accused Absconding.
3.Between July 27 to 28 August 2009, 10 victims filed a written complaint with evidence in police station and demanding legal action against the all five accused.
4.Police ignored earlier applications of the 10 victims were later a vulnerable application on a file FIR us 420 IPC against only main accused.
5.After several applications and evidence of the police did not take action
6.Last days we received some evidence that will prove the guilt of the accused. have given all evidence to the police
7.Without investigate our provided evidence police filed chhalan us 299 crpc because main accused absconding
We are fighting for justice for six years, suffering seems to be nothing on the police.
