I was hired by Heritage Desk solutions Pvt Ltd as content writer on 29th March. From the day one they forced me to do something else, like web designing, PR and Marketing. I did to save my job, but on 28th April my boss called me and said we need someone to handle marketing and PR and I told her to hire someone. She said no you do it, I said I'll do it but my priority would be content writing as I was hired for content and my profilr is of a content writer. She said find another job an don't come from tomorrow. I have worked 10,12 hours daily for 8 hours job and sometimes 14,16 hours. Why should I do now? I haven't got my salary yet.

My elder sister is widow....and after happend it her brother in law accept her...but aftersome time he refused and want to marry another girl....what rightes my sister have? How to proceed ....we r puzzled pls help ...

Hi sir/Madam,
I am from Kerala state. My question: father's property (Father expired 7 years back)partition related. We are a family of 2 sons, 1 daughter and Mother. (4 members)
1 son and 1 daughter and mother wish the partition of father's property now. But 1 son not agreeing and not interested for partition. He says, he will only agree for partition after mothers life.
This made us very difficult situation. Out of 4 members , 1 member is not allowing the partition. Mother also wish to get her part, she can use her property for her treatment.
1. What is the solution to get Partition for Fathers property.
any rule, which support.?
How long time it will take, if we move through Court? and what are the procedures?
Please help.

Our ancentral property is in thane west and currently the 7/12 extract is in name of my grandfather and his uncles wife and his 3 daughters. .but the property was verbally divided into half but not on paper ..now my question is how we can develop my grandfather's 50% share as his uncles wife and daughters are not interested at all .how we can apply for subdivision and how much time will it take

I m nasim anwar, i want to know that i m facing trail in the matter of state vs nadim & othrs. Case details is my brother nadim loves a girl , the girl eloped my brother then the family of girl lodge fir against my brothers and me with the sec. 376, 34 ipc. Me and my brother detained and sent to jail, we got bail, thete is no body unloved in rape its only love matter, now we are on bail, no charge frame yet. Sir can i get the govrnment job luke sbi bank, po, ibps bank or railway, ssc, because we all are innocent and it was only a love matter.

PWDV case
Sir, My wife filed dv case on me and my mom. She is getting maintenance from 125 and with dv she has prayed for maintenance ND return of stridhan. Only told mental cruelty and for dowry she alleged. No date and time mentioned. And she is working Whr as in affidavit she said she is not working. I hav to give reply of that petition. What prelimnary Objectionals I should file.
