Hi,
Please let me know the approximate amount of stamp duty which I need to pay as per Maharashtra Mumbai Stamp Duty Act, wherein the stamp duty is not paid by the first owner of my flat purchased in the year 1990 at Rs. 425,000.

Experts, in a maintenance case filed by wife against her husband advocate X appeared for the husband.Advocate X also filed the counter statements of husband.Similarly advocate X also appeared for the husband in DV act case and hmop .During the pendency all the three matters in the year 2012 a compromise arrived between the husband and wife.All the three cases withdrawn.Again in the year 2015 disputes arose between husband and wife.The wife again filed another fresh maintenance case appointing the same advocate X on behalf of her who appeared for the husband previously before the courts.Husband in the past has given several particulars about his status,income,secrets etc relying his advocate.Now advocate X appearing for the wife in the maintenance case, a partition suit and also in a hmop .Husband complained the conduct of advocate X to the magistrate who is handling the maintenance case.it is of no use.what steps shall the husband can take against advocate X .Pls guide.

Hello Everyone, My name is M.ABISHAKE, My native is Erode District in Tamilnadu. My Mother's Name is M.Sathyasundari, but in my birth certificate it is written as Sakthi only, by this mistake in my birth certificate I can't apply for passport. And before my mother marriage my mother name is kannagi, after marriage she changed her name as M.Sathyasundari according to numerology. In all my mother's certificate my mom name is kannagi. Except ration card, bank passbook, and pan card. So, what is the procedure to change my mother's name from Sakthi to Sathyasundari in my birth certificate as soon as possible ????

There is a cellphone tower in our locality.through rti, we have come to know that permission for its installation was obtained after 3yrs from its installation.no objection certificates were also signed by the tenants of the building owner n not by any of the neighbours. We have complained to the deputy commissioner who, after enquiry, directed the building owner to remove the tower. But the owner and the company have stated that the dc is not empowered to order the tower's removal. Pls advise

Year 1990 pending stamp duty to be paid now
Hi,
Please let me know the approximate amount of stamp duty and registraion charges, which I need to pay as per Maharashtra Mumbai Stamp Duty Act, wherein the stamp duty is not paid by the first owner of my flat purchased in the year 1990 at Rs. 425,000.
Also, please let me know any late payment charges/penalty I need to pay for the same.
