Sir,
1.My a civil suit for declaration, injunction and possession, one person file an application u/o 1 Rule 10 CPC. alongwith fake will of concerned property
2.i filed a complaint case in M.M Court
alongwith Private FSL report with bank specimen signature and fake will signature report ( PRIVATE HANDWRITING EXPERT OPINION)
3.concerned M.M Court call to Concerned Police status report.
4. Concerned Police IO filed status report in mentioned :- This case not in the concerned of this police station, due to fake WILL filed by accused in other police station - jurisdiction
Sir Please suggest your valuable advice
1. Fake will CONCERNED THE PROPERTY IN M.M Court Jurisdiction and fake will filed by accused in Civil court same property - jurisdiction but Court under other police station jurisdiction.
2. same state and same District Courts.
3. please any judgments the same belong matter.

In declaration suit temporary injuction is granted and summons served on defendent alongwith copy of orders of temporary injuction. What isthe time limit available to defendent to file reply to plaint filed by plaintiff

what is curative petition?can aggrieved party can file it or only selected persons or parties can file it?can state government file curative petition against housing society in U L C matter?

state of maharashtra is going to file Review petition against our housing society in U L C matter.can we file caveat in supreme court in this matter?
what is the time limit for state government to file REVIEW PETITION already 16 months have been passed but they have not filed it.
please guide us in this matter.

Declaration suit decided and decreed in1991 virtue of which property was declared to be given to two brothers. 3rd brother didn't challenge the decree till 2016.Now can he challenge the decree on the grounds that decision of declaration suit and grant of decree by court was not in his knowledge. Father who was defenet in declaration suit has expired. .pl advise

My maternal grandfather is missing since 2004 and the pension authority is now releasing the pension after the intervention of human rights commission. Sir I would like your help on these points.

Nps details
I was working with lic of india and a part of my salary was deducted under defined contribution pension scheme and after 3 years of confirmed employed I have been terminated from my services.now when asking abt nps detais no one is giving me any reply and I havent got any nps details too.am I eligible for the withdrawal of amount which was deducted and if yrs how to get it.
