Sir,
My name is Pradeep and my dad name is Raj, Sine my name in 10th and 12th marsheet is printed as Pradeep Raj(with Dad name) and name in UG AND PG degree is printed as Pradeep R ( Dad initial only mentioned) .
So I have changed my name in gazette as Pradeep Raj to Pradeep R recently. since my dout is people says that I should get affidavit of my name change, first and to publish it, in public newspaper and then I should go for gazette name change.
But I have directly applied to gazette office and changed my name With out getting affidavit and publishing in newspaper.. Since I am preparing for Government exams
. 1. I like to know weather I want to get affidavit from notary and publish my name change in newspapers? Apart from my gazette changes
2. Is my name change from Pradeep Raj as per (10&12)th to Pradeep R as per ( UG&PG) is a correct format of change or not.
3. I am preparing for government exams so in certificate verification they accept my gazette copy of name change or not.If someother things is there for name change except gazette record mention it
( kindly answer for these doubts & my previous thanks for it)

Petitioner filed Crl.Rev.Petition. He written affidavit submitted to the court that statement is he had shared with his Wife how corruption in India had made me suffer while my stay in United State of America for more than 8years not only rewarded me with better prospects but also gave me good respect, standing and good will. I declined to return to India although I am a great patriot. If I lodge a 124a case on him can I success, Kindly give suggestion.

In a state criminal case spot panchnama was signed by 2 panch witnesses out of which only one turned up for giving his statement .This panch witness is known and very close to the family of complainant who was pressurised to sign the panchnama.In his chief examination he is coroborating the story of state prosecution but in his cross examination he is saying that i was told by complainant and his relative uncle who is also eye witness in the case to sign the panchnama .THOUGH HE WAS NOT PRESENT HE IS COROBORATING THE PROSECUTION STORY AS NARRATED BY COMPLAINANT AND HIS UNCLE(practising as a lawyer in the same court.)
The court was hesitant to declare him hostile.Does his statement and cross exam is helpful to the prosecution or it will be discarded?

from past 13 month and right now i am on notice period i have completed my 29 days only one day was left to complete i fall sick for 2 days and team leader mark me absconded is this right or wrong

I made a registered settlement deed of an immovable property against my namein 1994 at Sonarpur ,Soth 24 Parganas,West Bengal with my brother condition is that I made ground floor with the assistance of government loan as I am government employee , after repayment of loan you may built 1st floor and get a right of the right of said floor but now he act misdeed , forcefully closed a common door , always intimidate my family etc.Seeing his activities l apprehend Can he re-registered the same immovable property after 1994 with the change of term and condition in his favor from Register of assurances without my knowledge as well as cancelling the previous registered settlement deed? I am partly handicraft can't move freely that is why I am requesting you plz advice me.Sir though it was posted earlier but it was incompleted , Sorry for inconvenience and ignorance

Pwd road and nala on my agri land.
Dear sir,
In my village waiser pwd road is passing along with my 2 acre agri land. The road was 16 feet broad and now pwd is constructing 24 feet broad. Pwd has 66 feet road broad space in revenue record.so along with my agri land pwd dep. constructing road in my malkiyat (ownership) 2 to 10 feet. The road is not on its own position. They are measuring the road from centre of road instead of burji pathar.
How i can stop them to use my agri land to make road legally.
They have to measure the road sides from burji pathar or not.
Please help me
