Hi,
I'm a freelance documentation professional for students who are taking admissions to Italy for their higher
studies.But now i rented a shop near our town in kerala and like to do as an Overseas Education Consultancy. I have some agents in Italy and regular students inquiry for Italian Student visa. But i'm not aware about the Overseas consultancy
firm registration and what all documents needed in India to run a firm like dis.Our Consultancy services will be

Finding a Program That Meets Student Needs.
2.Visa Guidance - Guidance in Visa Documentation
Please advice about the registrations that we have to take

dear sir plz guide me regarding ,,,,,,
• Against the advertisement of various faculty posts by the pharmacy College.i had applied for the post relevant to my qualification and consequent to our interview on 29th March 2016 by the duly constituted selection committee of the University(VC nominee for reservation was absent) i was issued order of appointment on probation on for two years from college subject to university approval.and I am still not aware whether the University has accorded approval to me or not.University then sent a letter that due to absency of vc nominee your apointment was not considersed and we will never issue university approval letter to you.

I file a complaint against society committee at dpty registrar office Mumbai. The deputy registrar given hearing to the committee, in the reply society committee is failed to show the m20 bond and then file is closed for order. after file was closed i send the reply attach with the following judgement Shri A. Sangameshwaram & Anr. : Petitioners
V/s.
The Deputy Registrar of Co-operative
Societies, �M� Ward, Mumbai & Ors. : Respondents and inform that statutory disqualify is must. But dpty registrar order passed with only dismissed and not disqualify for one term. I requested you to experts please confirm that disqualify is must for one term as per above mentioned judgement?

I had not got satisfactory resolution, because i had not asked the question as per legal language.
If a person not getting the proper resolution, naturally he will ask that query again and again.
I think you are an Intelligent person and you had done B.Com, M.A., LL.B, MBA, PH.D.
If any person asking in general query at that time DON'T USE BAD WORDS LIKE STUPID It's not suitable to your Degrees.

Sir,
I would like to know the status that if two (2) PSUs form a Joint venture company then that company will also be considers as a PSU ?
I will like to know in context of GREEN GAS LIMITED which is a JV company of GAIL ( A PSU ) and INDIAN OIL LIMITED ( A PSU ). A pSU is a GOVT. of India undertaking. What will be the status of the GREEN GAS LIMITED , whether it is a PSU?

pics of land purchased by 2 friend. both are holding half half share but 1 st friend holding all city side land and 2 nd friend holding all offsiete land. same land not divided between 2 friend but 1 st friend selling land without informing 2nd friend. case already registered by 2nd friend for equally share 9 month back but 1 st friend not answering and now applied for no w act say 256. we applied for cavet. now what legal action should be taken

my matter is, that so many latters I send to my decissed wife's department, but the depatment does not reply, can I file a case against the department,
matter is
meri wife per alligation lagaya ki uske pass school ki chaabiyan or other documents, ke saath bahut sara saaman tha, jo uski death ke baad mujhko loutana tha, per uska saaman or talashi lene ka baad kuch bhi nhi mila, is samband me aap ka suggestion chaiye, kyu ki pension nhi di jaa rahi hai,

Writ petition
Dear Sir, An Railway employee married 9 months back as per Hindu rites, and he is refusing wontedly to enroll his wife name in his employment service record ( personal file ) and her relatives had approached his concern Railway Officer but they are saying that employee himself has to declare his wife name in declaration form then only we can enter her name and we are not authorized independently to instruct him.So, in this case here the employee is not willing and Railway Officials are not supporting, then if we go to the court with an Writ petition for enrolling her name in Railway employee’s service record.
So, by this Writ petition is it possible. Thanking you
