Trust A was registered under Indian trust act in 2007 followed by three amendments.
Is running a small centre for mentally challenged children since 2014 recognised and registered under. govt of Tamil Nadu.
Has 12AA and 80 G
It is also getting little grant for teachers.
The Same Trusted along with few more members registered a new Trust B
Has 12AA and 80G
We wish to merge Trust A with Trust B

I am was a student of Electronics and communication engineering in period of 2010-14. Before completion of graduation duration i.e. Last semister of my Graduation I got government job on 04.03.2014. ( last semister exam would been conducted in month of May, 2014). I joined the job and didn't attend the college and my final semister. But I clear it in supplementary examination held in July 2014 with proper permission of Head employer and put Casual Leave on Examination days.
Is my Graduation is valid for upcoming PSU examinations?
If I am eligible for it, please provide rules and PDF copies of such existing rules

A person who is agriculturist and having agricultural land in Maharashtra the said land was in Gujarat before seperation of maharashtra and Gujarat and still he is in possession of that land now can he buy agri.land in Gujarat ? on that basis that from promulgation i am a farmer as he is having agri.land from 1946 onwards please guide.Thanks

Hello sir ,My father is name Ramesh Sharma in all educational document and my brother's document father name is Ramesh Singh
In the agriculture land document , my father name is Nandlal sharma which is not matching to my educational and other identity document like Aadhar ,PAN etc. .
My father holding all the document with the name of Nandlal sharma
Please suggest ,what should be done so that there is no issue related to any document in the future?

My name is Naresh from Andhra pradesh I have completed 10+2 regular course.
then 3 years degree in ambedkar open university.
Later I did LLB regular. But Andhra Pradesh Bar Council is not registering them.They say they will not enroll as it is an open degree. Please advise me.

How can we legalize our building document
We have our building which is constructed in kalwa (thane) under grampanchayat passing in 1992 .
Their are 18 flat out of which 6 flat have registration agreement and rest all have notary agreement,we don't have any legal documents of buildings expect ,tax receipt unauthorised (in which landowner and flat owner both name had been mention) electricity bill,sale agreement in which 6 are registration and 12 have notary agreement,so can we do society registration with this document and can we go for deemed conveyance,so in future if we want to redevelop the same building their should be no obstacle,plz guide also if any one do this process plz let me know,we will hire him....
