Payment not received from earth infrasturucture ltd

I worked in the said office from 23/12/2013 to 04/06/2016.I resigned from the company on 04/06/2016. I have not so far received my salary for the period from 26/01/2016 to 04/06/2016+ Encashment of Earned leave which works out of 25000 approx .The Final settlement of account is still awaited despite a period of one year already elapsed . I have already emailed various time to time dated along with several interactions with officials of the company . The Company is not paying attention to my requests and don’t care to lift calls.All other employees who have left the services are also being suffered due to non payment of salaries and other perks . Constitutionality of cost of bonus shares treated differently

As per Income tax section 55 2 iiia cost of bonus shares is to be taken nil w.e.f 01.04.1996.
Now finance act 2017, Further, for assets purchased before 1st April 2001, the cost of acquisition is either the fair market value of the asset as on 1st April 2001 or the actual cost, at the option of the Assessee.
So now from 01.04.2017 if bonus shares is allotted in 1999, the cost of acquisition can be taken fair market value of the asset as on 1st April 2001.
If Yes and my understanding is correct, whether it is constitutional that bonus shares are treated differently as far as cost of acquisition is related.

Dear Sir,
I taken a personal loan Rs. 4.5 lakh from HDFC bank for 5 years. I had paid 36 emi after that I lost my job and I am unable to pay Emi. What will legal action take?

Legal heirs of deceased mother

My father bought a house in the name of both . My mother expired. Now he wanted to take loan against property . He is 69 years old. Can he take loan or sell that house without my consent. I am the only married daughter to him.

FIR :

After filing of Fir against the builder, there isno action from the Police. I have called up the psi handling my case who keeps giving excuses or doesn't attend to calls. Approached my lawyer who says "my work is over. It is the police who have to do the investigation". Is it right or should I approach another lawyer ? Each time my lawyer gives a different solution and then backs out. I m a Sr.citizen n also having health problems.

Regarding group c employee on post of jht in D E O sec'bad

Sir i recently joined defence estates office on 1 march 2017 as junior hindi translator having know idea about leave and other rules. Not even with any documentation procedures. No body is going to tell me personally to these so please tell me what best i can do. Secondly the post of jht on which i have been appointed. The office authority is not giving me work regarding my designation and duties as serving jht so what would be possible i can do. What are the chances of transfer its time period and how i can get it as early as possible?

Sale deed without mutation is valid or not?

Hello ,respected all I am from Hyderabad my friend has 12 acres in vikarabad district previously ranga reddy dist.The land belongs to anscestral property .Not earn by his father,his grand father sold that 12 acres property to some X. Without giving any information to his sons.Some Y has purchased land and registered sale deed in the name of some society.
Here Y Did a huge mistake in documents that Y Purchased total 25 acres at the same time
But here if we absorb clearly in sale deed
12 acres belongs to some P mandal another 13 acres belongs to some Q mandal but at the time of sale deed in 2001 registar made total 25 acres land in P manda,...l for that reason mutation of land failed.After some days my friends grand father has died .Legal heirs of that deceased has applied for succession ....succession got sucssesed .After getting succession the grand sons once again sold above said 12 acres to some R
From 2002 to up to date revenue records showing the land in the name of R.
Now the problem raised is the person who got the land in 2001 from my friends grand father I,e ( who has just sale deed ) has occupied position from last one year

My question is
1) is the registration sale deed done with different revenue mandal is valid or not
2) Only sale deed without mutation or without entering his name in revenue records is a valid owner or not?
