Full and final settlement

I was employed in a company from 7/9/2016 to 9/1/2017. I was supposed to receive my salary after 45 days in terms of full and final settlement amount but its been 4 months now and I am yet to receive the money. The HO is in Gurgaon,Delhi and I was in the Bangalore Office. Please help as to what I can do do get My money. At first I was told that I will get and the process is going on but now there is no response to my mails. Please help!

Transfer of job bond between 2 PSUs

I joined a Gov bank and worked for 3 months. I resigned the bank as to join another PSU. I paid 1 lakh bond amount plus 2 months salary for not serving notice period, and thus no breach of contract.
I came to know that bond can be transferred between PSUs. Which when I asked in bank HR, I was told NO.
My question is if the transfer of bond happens and if I can get my money back??

Timber agreement

Hello everyboby

My father entered into agreement with timber merchant sale of trees (100 Rs stamp pepper) including sale of rose wood in 2003, due to govt rules cutting of tries was prohibited , timber merchant took sign from my father for power of attorney and also from other planter to file case against govt (reason is trees are creating over shadow it effect growing coffee) Recently timber merchant came and informed i won case ....and asking trees after almost 14 year
My questiones

1. But i am not ready to give tress now
2. at the time of agreement i am minor
3. whether i need to give expenses incurred by him
4. in agreement it is mentioned if we are
not giving trees we need to give all expenses beard by timber merchant

please do needful

Property selling

15 year ago my friend had purchased a property of RS.10 lacs now at present his property value is 70 lacs Can he deposit the 70 lacs in his saving account and get the FD done of 70 lacs.

Should he take the 70 lacs in cash or cheque?
how much tax should he has to pay ?
and what if he purchase another property with the same price will he still have to pay tax?
Has he to open a some difference account ?

Decisions against permanant injuction as schedule is wrong

we have purchased a house property of extent Ac 0.078. In two registered sale deeds in the year 1998.
1.one house Ac 0.043 In the name of my mother, my self, my brother.
2.one house Ac 0.034 In the name of my father.
In 2002 each one was separated into two portions with asbestos roof.

my paternal uncle was inducted as a tenant in one portion for an extent Ac 0.020. in the year 2003.

In 2013 my uncle filed a suit for title & permanent injuction in civil court(senior division)for extent of Ac 0.076.
admitted the fact he is staying in extent ac 0.20.
court passed a part decree with a permanant injuction until plaintiff(my uncle) is evicted in due process of law.
we made an appeal in district judge court.
Please suggest me any decisions against permanent injuction as the schedule property is wrong.

About the property named by step mother

My father had two wife .his first wife has no child due to these my father had married to another women that's my mom in the view of that his property get secured but in past my father bought all the property on the name of my step mother .and in 2007 my father had died and the age of my step mother is near 80 years and she had little mentality problem due to these the other member of my family want register all that property which was in the named of my step mother.so what can I do to stop these illegal behavior of other person

Is it legally viable to submit 15G/15H by 2nd persion of a fixed deposit when 1st person has died.If yes, what is the process of submission of 15g/15h.

Registration of property on guideline value or selling price

The builder I'm buying the property is demanding the difference between the guidelines value and selling price in cash with no records at all. Also he is demanding me to pay vat in cash with no records at all. He is insisting us to get the registration done on guideline value. Whether I should agree to these conditions or I should call off the deal? Please explain.
