regarding legal heir of my unmarried uncle

My uncle who was unmarried died few days back.Now there is two surviving brothers both married have one daughter each.The son of eldest bother is also there married and have a son.Is their any chance of getting the legal heir in the name of the eldest brother's son??The deceased have not left any will also.but his wish was to give his property to the son of his elder brother.

Delaying Salary

Hi, l am working in a gaming company. I joined on 01 December 2016. As per the offer letter salary date is every month 5th. But till this month ( may 2017) they didn't follow the date and every month they are paying salary on 15 th or 17 and some months on 26 or 27. Many times l put complaint regarding this and management was not bothering. They sent an email notification of delay in payment in December. In that mail they mentioned till April there will be a delay in paying salary. But after that also they are not paying on time. l questioned this and HR informed they can't tell a proper date. So On April 21st l put my resignation because of this salary issue. Till this date they didn't give a reply mail for that. And l spoke to the Manager regarding this.l didn't sent the work which they assigned last month because of delaying salary. l have completed that but l informed the management the work but l informed manager that after paying my salary only l will send the work. l mentioned one month notice period in my resignation(21April 2017 to 21May 2017).May 21st lt will be completed. But still they didn't pay my salary. They are telling me to give the work and leave whenever company have the fund that time they will pay my one month salary(April 2017) and salary for the month May they will pay as f&f after 45 days. But l am not ready to leave without getting my April month salary. And I am ready to wait for the last month salary (May 2017) (As per company policy after 45 days of leaving). I informed this to the management but they are not ready to give the money and still asking for the work and telling whenever l am giving the work they are ready to relieve me but without giving salary.

Please suggest me what l can do in this situation.

Void marriage rights

Hello Sir/Madam, my sister has married mother's sister's son and they have two children. According to Hindu Marriage Act 1955, I've understood that this marriage is void. My question to you is, does she have rights over the father's self acquired and inherited properties? And does father have the right to remove her from the family tree because of her void marriage?

About sec 498A

Hi,
My sister-in-law filed case against all of our family under section 498A. Though it is false allegations about all us.

I work as a IT Engg in IT cmnpy.
I wanted to ask you as if I want to switch my job so it may be possible that my offer letter may withdrawal under background verification which involves police verification also. So what is the solution to get out of this suitation? Is there any document which we can submit to the company so that this should not create any hurdle in joining new organisation?

Rejecting hand over of possession of the property after registration and paying stamp duty

I have entered into agreement for purchase of flat in Mumbai. After paying initial token amount, we have made MOU on stamp paper with the owner of the flat saying that in case of breach of agreement, owner should return double of initial token amount. The MOU was made on stamp paper and not registered. After paying full amount of our share to the owner i.e. Rs 47 lakh, stamp duty of Rs 6,25,000/-, registration charges of Rs 30,000/- and TDS of Rs. 1,13,000/-, now owner has refused to give documents to submit to bank for disubursment of loan amount and refuse to hand over possession. Please guide me how to get documents for possession or penalty as mentioned in MOU from the owner for breach of registered agreement.

Change of name

Sir/ Madam
My sister name is Rani @ Ebby Rani in birth certificate. But in SSLC and degree certificates it came as Rani Alias Ebby Rani(They used letters instead of "@"). In her office and while opening bank account they didn't accept Alias either in symbolic way or written format. So she gave it as Rani Ebby Rani. Now in adhar card, Office, Bank documents, Post office she is using Rani Ebby Rani. Does removal of "alias" will cause any issues in the future? Passport name is with "Alias". Kindly help me. Do we have to change the name in recent documents.

Regarding advocate

My case is in evidence stage. My advocate replies that application can be given to secretary for transfer to another court where it has jurisdiction. Sir, Please answer my two queries : I regularly on each date attend my case in person whereas my advocate does not come with me although I have given authority letter of my advocate in court for attending the same. Can my advocate withdrew case without my information from court. Secondly while I was in service during inquiry I was not allowed defense assistance of my wife although she was employee of the management as part time.
