Our society has completed the process of deemed conveyance & next step is adjudication. Kindly briefed the process of Adjudication.
Sir i have a property in punjab talwandi bhai and i want to take loan against property as my property is under red line so bank say to get permission from E.O officer from municipal corporation but he resist and i cant get loan due to red line issue so what i can do.
Ours is a complex of 8 buildings, all are registered. 8 buildings constructed by different developers. 5 buildings on one layout and 3 on another within complex. Out of 8 buildings, one has done deemed conveyance and 2 from same layout are in process of deemed conveyance. Please advise, is it necessary for all 8 buildings to form a federation for conveyance purpose ? Is it necessary for future redevelopment plans ?
For deemed conveyance only actual constructed area is considered then what about the vacant usable land around the building?

Please I want to know whether a Civil judge has power to give police protection including appointment of commission to the Degree holder and to their men in the partition suit during the metes and bound after declaration of preliminary decree. Which court/office is competent to provide police protection when there is threat to the decree holder in civil cases.

I m CA. Stopped practise since 2006. Currently advising client on finances. Activity happens at client place. In my office, back office work happens. Property is tenancy. Taken as residential. BMC officer came and asking to change user. Penatly levied. Landlord says he will not change user. Actually, no commerical transactions happens in my office. It's only documentation preservation. No client visits office. I hv to go out and meet client at their place.

I am Insurance Surveyor. Annual turnover less than 20 lacs so in exemption limit. I am providing survey & Loss Assessment services in Gujarat State. But Policy issuing and fees paying insurance company may be of other state. Shall I have to register for and pay GST to Govt?
I am currently living in Saudi Arabia and planning to buy a property in Chennai. I have given my Power of Attorney (attested by the Indian embassy in Saudi Arabia) to my father. My father lives in Kolkata and will be doing the adjudication of the GPOA.
Can the GPOA adjudication be done from Kolkata because the flat that I am buying is in Chennai?

The divorce petition had reached ex-parte stage in the trial court, but stayed and transferred to a nearest court of the serving wife. The case is in enquiry stage to decide on the "ex-parte" (set by the previous court) now.
1. Could a questionnaire be issued under Order11/Rule1 of CPC to reason her perpetual absence in the previous court (where it had reached ex-parte stage) ?
2. Cud she be asked to produce authenticated copies of her attendance register and service records ? Can a copy be asked by the petitioner husband ??
3. Any model pls ?
Legal heir- succession certificate & huf karta
My father died recently. He is survived by his wife, son and daughter. He was the karta of the HUF. There are LIC policies/bonds etc in name of HUF
My query is as follows:
1. Can we first get a legal heir certificate from local revenue dept- which is accepted for filing returns etc. and AFTER that go for succession certificate thru civil court since this certificate takes lot of time. 1-2 months
If this is allowed i.e getting both certificates should the name of heir be same in both the applications ?
2 Does the name of legal heir/succession certificate have any impact on who becomes the HUF karta if it is decided to continue?
Is it possible that legal heir and NEW karta of the HUF be different persons?
