I have a pending case under 341/323 /34 crpc.since 2013.i m working in jk pwd(j&k govt) as junior engineer. at the time of joining(sep 2015) i didnt disclose about pending case in the affidavit .now the verification throws the light that i m facing a case. Our DDO /XEN has forwarded lettr regarding this to senior officers.till now no reply or action has been taken.please tell me what would happen .,am i going to lose job .what should i do save my job .
I didnt disclose about fact of pending as earlier i was selected in B.R.O and i mention all facts but they asked for more details and ask me to wait and not let me join at that time. in that period of time i got selected in jkpwd . I thought same as BRO ,PWD will not let me join so i didnt mention that.
Please guide me to save my job

Can u plz help me...
I am owner of one house...I want to expand my house that's why I applied for one plot beside by my own house from government...can I get this plot or not?
Situation is that I paid such amount in government for plot...after that they lost my plot related files...and final allocation order of plot still left to me...I paid such amount since 2010... Till today no allocation or progress happened for this plot...what can I do now...
Now government said that you have already own house that's why this plot u can't get it...
Plz help me what to do....if any citation have regarding this plz send me

Can a legal heir of a deceased accused recover the cash security deposited by the accused during the pendenancy of trial of criminal case. Kindly mention the provision of crpc along with any judgment.

Hello Sir/Madam,
I belongs to Christian community. My grandfather has 11 childrens out of that 3 girls. He has totally 8 acres of land and 2 houses (He got Ex-service men quota) and 1 ancistor house and he sold 2 acres of land out of 8 acres when he was in live. Later He has 6 acres of land and 2 houses and 1 ancistor house. when he was live he has made will for my father (5th son) and later my grandfather died in 1980. After my Grandma & uncles were sold 2 acres of land to other party out of 6 acres in 1982. My father has suit started 1992 in court but he fails to submit the will document. The court has granted 1/11th share in 1998 & appeal case in 2000 also 1/11th share. Later 2010 my father again file FDP case but my uncles were sold remaining 4 acres land to other person with my fathers forgeroy signature while FDP suit pending in court. Still that FDP case pending in court. Now my question is now i got that will document shall i claim that the whole 6 acres property & 2 houses for my fathers. How and What will do the next procedure please guide me.

I would like to know from which year / month Fire Safety Audits for Co-operative Housing Societies have become mandatory. Further, our society consists of Stilt + 3, Stilt + 4, Stilt + 2 and Towers. Is it mandatory for all types of Building to have Fire Safety Audit ?

My query is , if any couple attained majority ,both want to marrige each other for they both left her house without consent our family in case girl want to protect boy family to harass illegal fir by girl family ... what should take step before leave the house for both consent marraige with out permission of family ,, in case boy family also can fir to protect his family or other solution pls suggest.
