Mortgage loan plus cash credit

My uncle took a mortgage loan of 19.75 lakhs on my property from Deccan Merchants Co-operative bank and my name is put as a guarantor in that. After which he also took a cash credit loan of 38 lakhs, in which i was made the guarantor again and my property was linked to it. Now he is unable to clear the loan. total outstanding amount is around 46 lakhs and bank has asked us to settle the loan. they are not agreeing to do a one time settlement. He has surrendered his FDs and LIC policies already to the bank. So the only asset left with the bank as security is my property.

I would like to know the guidelines for One time settlement for co-operative bank and what should be done in this scenario.

Help regarding tds filing using challan 281

Hi All

I am a grain merchant. I file TDS online on a monthly basis.

I recently realized that I have been submitting my TDS under the wrong MAJOR head (0020-Company Deductees instead of 0021-Non Company Deductees). But the funny thing is that I never received a notice from the Income Tax Department about the same.

What should I do about it? Or I should just leave the matter and start filing my TDS under the correct MAJOR head from now on?

Thanks in advance.

Use of tm

i am a small llp partnership who engage in developing software for improving medical surgeries. My question is when can TM be used?

I have read online contradictory views that 'TM' can only be used once a person has applied for registration or when registration is pending. The other view is that TM can be used without applying for registration and there is no need to apply for registration to use TM.

Please help me.

Thanx in advance.
