My sister filed src 125 for herself & her school going child. But court had given in judgement maintenance for only school going child. We decide to review about the portion of my sister . So our advocate suggest that if we appeal for review for my sister the maintenance of school going child shall be stop by court. Please any experts can me suggest that our advocate suggestion is right ? We are looking for good suggestions which both mother & son get their maintenance .

I would request to seek your advice on below issue.It's nearly 2 years over of my marriage & 18 months over my wife staying separately from me.Currently i am working in Hyderabad & my wife belongs from Bhubaneswar and house wife.I have called her many times ,Sending letters ,but no response found from them.Finally i have personally went with my elders of my family to her house for requesting to come & will live a happy matrimonial life.She is asking me to come Bhubaneswar to live. she is refusing to come to hyderabad my working location & threaten to me like pay 15K as maintenance or 25 Lac to give divorce otherwise she will not give divorce to me.I have sufficient audio proof
(My wife & with her family members) which proves i have not done any mistake but their family members were encourage her to kill me & then they can do second marriage to her.
My parents are in old age.I am from a middle class family .Kindly suggest what can i do in this situation?

I'm suffering with domestic violence from last 13 years and few days ago my husband had beaten me and run away like always, so I had to give complaint in police station and women cell and now he and his lawyer trying to make mental pressure on me because my parents are not supporting me and he is forcing me for medical examination that I have physical relationship with other and trying to prove me character less and want to put out my call details. To be very frank I have one close male friend (just friend) with whom I often talk and talk suggestions and support. Now I want divorce, so what should I do? Please guide.

I by mistake mentioned my degree details wrong while filling the ssc cgl form i wrote BTECH instead of BE in my form . Is there any way to correct it at the time of documents verification?

Is it necessary to make company a accused in private criminal complain before first class judge?Is there any duty of court to correct the mistake of private complaint by making company as accused if complaint is a general citizen and failed to do so?Content of complaint is disclosing offence by company in all paragraphs only complainant by mistake to make company as a party in title? All other accused are made accused as Mr X MD of Company A. High court dismissed petition us 482 for company not making party without giving any liberty to file fresh complain.

Whether use of Reserved forest land after in principle approval of stage I clearance without getting stage II clearance is violation of Forest Conservation Act. Compliance report complying terms and conditions prescribed in stage I clearance was submitted to MOEFCC after 5 year which was accepted after condoning the delay without suefficient reason. Please suggest what to do for proper punishment to violators.

Kindly let me know what to do if promises made in land acquisition award us 11(1) are not completed. It was mentioned in land acquisition award passed in 2011 that permenent employment will be given but not given till date what to do?

hello sir mere sasur g ka kehna hai k ek nikamme bete ka property per haq nai hota...kya ye sahi h? mere husband online seller hai flipkart pr company bhi regester hai husbnad k naam or transection record bhi... plz answer jald de hum dono ko saas ghar se nikal phenkne ki dhamki de rakhi hai..

Can someone please let me know if dispute between Husband and wife is under mediation then can we find status of that dispute on district court website? or in other words is it a case or stage before court case in matter of divorce?
