Is it essential to submit completion certificate issued by local municipal corporation to perform deed of declaration registration?

We have ancestral property from our grandfather transferred to us. Grandfather has 4 sons and 2 daughters.
In 1981 unregistered panchayat arrangement was made for property share among 4 sons and 2 daughters done by my grandfather. Everyone has signed this document. 1 site was given each for daughter. Grandfather separately registered this site to daughters.
In 2001 registered sale deed was executed at register office from my grandfather to sons, in this document only sons name is mentioned and their is no signature from Daughters as they are okay to do so and their share of site is already given as per panchayat agreement and my grandfather passed away on 2006.
In 2010 one of the aunt has filled a case for equal share 1/6th share. Her DOb is in 1955 and married in 1975.
Please help me understand her share in property which is already registered on 2001 as per HSA 2005. What share she is entitled too. HSA 2005 section 6(6) says nothing should be reopened which is already registered or executed.

I want to know can we check the family court case status on District court's website by only having parties' name?
Please guide me as i am searching some case status but don't know the case number and date.

My name s rose,i need fair solution to my problem and is related to my married life n husband,mine is love marriage without both parents consent,for marriage purpose he compelled me leave my lic job,trusted him wholly and married him.problem arised with in 1 month of my marriage n i made a temple marriage on dec 18 2014 and then jan 23 2016 registered.A unkwown girl who is his best friend which he hided before marriage,entered my home with a problem that my husband manager is harrasing her,as iknew once she was back of my husband,i started avoiding her and evn helped her by making a meet at manager home.My problem is i strictly by his weird action and talking to her calls asked him totally avoid from our lives from then he started abusing me emotionally and later after 8 months of marriage she again started calling me and harrasing me for help her and creating problems in my family life,my husband asking for me do friendship with her and go to her home to help her but as her friend.Evn my husband fooled me in name of love marriage and career to maintain marital relationship only after proper career and i accepted for it.He badly broke my trust once i saw him locking me from out and talking to her at 3am.he started avoidn me n stopped talking to me,wen asked loudly he bitten me n made actions of scaring me and pushing me as my home is at 2nd floor i was scared and moved to my parents home.he jus cm to my home once only wen i had bank exams,fearing my career loss i tol afr exams il come.til now he dint come and its been 1 year and 3 months i cm here.now he is abusing me emotionally and asking me for a divorce.evn he killed my career my trust i thought to giv him a chance,he dint evn attend my dad funeral a month back,im feeling as if he cheated me what shud i do now he is not evn cared of asking me ro return instead he is saying return her but il see whole life as a friend only.what shud i do now as i loved him sincerely i dont wanna leav him but he is keeping whole blame and begged sorries to him no use.jus thrashing me with abuses that I'm feeling to end my life.nor his parents are asking till now what happened,what shud i do now pls do rply and what to do in this state.my only mistake i made is calling his friends every time who made our marriage to my home whenever he harrassed me for friend ship with that lady

This is BANDARAM.BABU,
My question is,in my SSC certificate(2009) my sur name was correctly printed but in my intermediate certificate (2011)my sur name was printes as BANDARM.BABU,and that continued in my degree certificate also.
In that time didnt consult eny one about it.Now i want correct my sur name is certificates is it possible?if yes,please give me the suggession please sir

Hello Sir, I stay in Mumbai and recently have taken flat and have done registration also. Now bank need NOC from society for loan disbursement but the flat owner is not providing while I approached to society Chairman he said to pay society transfer fee for both(buyer n Seller) but I am ready to pay only my side transfer fee in the name of society.

My father was working in BSNL Ranchi. He died on 03.03.2014. My mother is not alive, she died on 21.05.2002. I got married on 12.02 2011. Due to husband cruelty I was living with my father since marriage and was totally dependent on father. A conjugal right case is also filed by my husband in court, After the death of my father I approached the BSNL authority and requested for compassionate appointment. Initially they not responded but after meeting higher authority they responded. After that they denied telling that married daughter is not entitled to get compassionate appointment. What I have to do now?

I have executed sale agreement in Delhi with joint sellers Husband and his wife with the condition of payment to be made within 30 days. Advance Payment was made to them through online. I have arranged my balance payment to settle the transaction through taking home loan from bank and bank has disbursed the loan in my loan account. Also I have paid e-stamp duty and registration fee as per circular rates applicable in Delhi few days before registration. But in my case, Seller's wise is seriously ill and admitted in hospital and was got operated.
The time period ends (30 days) on Saturday. There after is Sunday. I have also communicated to seller for registration through whats app. In this situation what is remedies available to Sellers and Buyers? What will be the remedies if in case of death of wife? Please Guide

Hello Experts, I need your advice regarding surname change. I was an Hindu girl, after conversion married to a christian. Our marriage was a church wedding. I have marriage certificate issued by church. Now I want to change my surname.
