Sir,
I filed application for final decree in the same year after preliminary decree and opposite party prolonged the litigation by filing bogus documents now after 5 years documents were proved false and preliminary decree stood as it is. What is the limitation for filing final decree petition. My counsel due to negligence could not continue the proceedings remained absent for long time and my application was dismissed for default. Now again I filed application for final decree proceedings, judge neither restored my application for final decree nor rejected the appliction for final decree. When I contacted my counsel he is telling the judge is giving dates and not passed any orders. In such situation to whom i should contact to know the status of my final decree application. Please kindly advise.

I have been in a road accident recently and got hurt. Some people are telling me to file an FIR but i dont want to go through the trouble of going to court and all. Can anyone explain me what happens "IN REALITY" after an FIR is lodged. And when does it reach to court for very minor damage.

Hello Maine HDFC bank se loan liya Tha that time I was working in MNC company but kuch month bad meri marriage ho gyi but kuch din bad meri job chali gyi so Mai loan ki instalmant nhi de pa raha hu Mai last 6 six month se job nhi mil pa rahi isi reason se kist bhi nhi de pa rah hu last month bank ne cheak bounce ka case kar diya ab Mai kya Kru maire pas abhi bhi paise nhi Hai aur family ki Condition bhi think nhi Hai.
Mai kyu Maine pas suiside ke alawa koi aur option nhi Hai please guide kre mujhe

i would like to understand on the below mentioned issue
1) we have propery in mumbai which is under a pagdi system and in the name of my mother who is expired, now the building is going under redevelopment what if one brother does not give the noc for the same ,also he is currently not staying in the same property , can he force me to sell the property or legally can i transfer the property in my name

Sir,
Two months ago my father was injured in a road accident by truck and the accident was major so doctor suggest us for amputation of right leg of my father,so he lost his leg .
2weeks after the accident we lodge FIR against to the owner of truck .So I want to know how much can we get from third party.
I am giving some information which may be useful for claim calculation...
1. Age of my father is 55.
2.He is retired army person and receives 22000 per month as pension.
3.he was also doing pvt job and getting 10000 per month and he could work 5 years more.
4. Total expense in the treatment was 5.42 lakhs.
5.he was the only person in the family who was doing job and have one son and a daughter and both are student .So there are 3 people which are dependent on him.
6.We are planning for artificial leg for him which may cost around 20000.
7.accident was happened on 7 sept 2017 and on 20 Nov 2017 there is a marriage of his daughter so he is facing financial problem also.
So I want to ask from expert that what could be the maximum claim we can get?

Respected Jurists,
At the onset, while humbly marking my deepest gratitude towards you all and this great forum from where I have been immensely benefitted, I again seek your kind expertise on the facts and circumstances appended below...
(i) that, I had joined the Govt. service on 30th Jan, 2004 at DRDO, Min. of Defence.
(ii) that, consequent to my selection in present Department of Atomic Energy, I did submit my Technical Resignation in my previous department thus, enabling self to avail the past service benefits.
(iii) that, I joined my present workplace on the 25th Jan, 2010.
(iv) that, as per instructions contained in the Office Memorandum No. 20014/2/83-E.IV dated 14th Dec�, 1983 issued by Dept. of Expenditure, Min. of Finance, Govt. of India I am eligible for CHOICE POSTING. (Copy attached at forum for kind perusal.)
(v) that, under an RTI reply my department has admitted that they follow the above cited Office Memorandum as their transfer policy.
(vi) that, it is pertinent to submit here that as many as 04 analogous incumbents are there in this department having all India service liability.
(vii) that, my old aged mother is suffering from Cancer, therefore, her condition genuinely and essentially warrants my attention and service.
(viii) that, upon my request of transfer the authorities intimated that selection process for new incumbent is in pipe-line and transfer with choice posting will be granted only after the said selection and posting. Where as, all other eligible and even some non-eligible colleagues were granted Choice Posting.
(ix) that, the above cited selection process is in probity of no certain period or date.
(x) that, at station where the choice posting is sought, position is also vacant.
(xi) that, aggrieved by such information and condition, I again submitted an application on 07th Nov�, 2017 praying there in immediate transfer and choice posting within 15 days citing my mother�s exacerbated condition.
In light of these submissions, I require your expert guidance please :
a) whether, I can get any relief from the Hon�ble Judiciary by means of writ or I have to approach the relevant CAT bench for the same.
b) what should be the grounds for my prayer before the Hon�ble Judiciary.

1) whether a trust which owns immovable property can sell it to another trust. if yes, what procedure has to be followed ? Note : The trust & the property is situated in Karnataka State.
2) is there any exemption in Stamp Duty and Regn. fees while transferring the property?
3) whether gift deed can be executed in favour of the other Trust with min. of stamp duty?

Delay in possession of flat by builder
Hi All.
Pl guide me,i booked a flat with a builder in 2012.i paid around rs 2.5 lakh plus loan from bank of rs 17 lakhs.
Bank paid rs 13 lakhs to the builder but builder stopped the work and now is absconding.
What to do now ?
