COMPLICATED CASE-- Hope to get good viewpoints from respected experts.
ILLUSTRATION OF CASE:
1)
HUF OF A, CALLED 123HUF CONSISTED A(KARTA), B(WIFE OF A), C(SON OF A), D(DAUGHTER OF A). Daughter in Law added as member in 1999, Let us call her E.
2)
A expired in 1999 end. Leaving behind C as Karta, and B,D,E.
3)
31/12/2004, HUF dissolved, and all assets liabilities FUNNILY distributed ONLY among B and C in personal files, who on 01/01/2005 throw their full assets and liabilities into forming new Partnership456.
4)
B,C,D again create old huf (slightly different name) in around 2008-09, by way of gift deed.
5)
B and C run this partnership456 as partners till March 2011.
6)
From April, Partnership dissolved and all business thrown into the re-formed huf as in point 4 above.
NOW:
a) Is partition under point 3 above legal (as it was partial, not full partnership)
b) If not legal, how can daughter in law E claim her rights and become part of it again or restore old status?
c) If not legal, is everything done from time of partition and later standing as null and void? How?
d) If partition was legal, HOW?
Await points of view. This is a real case scenario, is complicated and I am confused.

Sir/madam,
My father has transferred property in equal contrubution to my self and my brother but my share has been registered wrongly as Nick name instead of original name. My all documents from child hood is on original name.Now I want to change my name on 7/12 as Original name. Kindly advice how to proceed.

Couple Got married in year 2007. There is no baby from the marriage and both are salaried.
After 1 year of separation, Both boy and girl went for mutual 1st motion in Gurgaon in year 2012 court but girl backed off from 2nd motion and filed all DV/Maintenance etc cases in Delhi court against the boy and his family just before 2nd motion. Boy was supposed to pay 3L at time of 2nd motion and 3L cheque courier was rejected by the girl as she demanded 25L in women cell.
Boy filed contested divorse in Gurgaon in year 2014 and won the case in Gurgaon Court on basis of cruelty and got the decree in November after the decree. Boy couriered the cheque but it came back. Girl changed the address so the boy has filed an application in court asking court to accept 4.2L cheque on her behalf as the girl's address mentioned in divorse decree in incorrect.
When can the boy remarry? lot of lawyer says that boy needs to wait for 90 days, is it so? if yes, is it 90 days from date of decree or from date of receipt of order copy? Will Chandigarh High court put a stay on divorse decree if she go for an appeal.

me and my family sister and husband all were booked under 304b case after my wife committed suicide by hanging in laws alleged in the fir that we have tortured and killed her for dowry we never haraassed her or asked for dowry we are on bail now

My younger brother in indian army. Currently he is unmarried.
For marriage we have sent photo of girl to my brother and he willing to meet her.
He meet girl in delhi and left for kashmir.
The girl family get my brother number and they calling him again and again. Soon they allow her daughter to talk with my brother. My bro also call her sometime.
This is clear that they are planning to convince my brother to marry, even my parents not agree.
Now my parents not agree to marry because kundali not matching. (many reasons)
My brother also agree with parents.
Now girl parents forcing us to marry girl. They said my brother meet girl so he must marry to her.
To marry, girl and boy meeting first then family members meet each other.
Is this right to force someone this way???? (sorry for bad English)

My son went to USA for higher studies in Aug 2008. He completed MS in Dec 2010.
Since JAN 2011 he is doing Job there.
In SBI NRO account conversion , he has to write date of becoming NRI.
What should be the date ?

I had agruculture land at Umbergaon, Pandharpur. The land was purchased by my father n one of his friend jointly. My father passed away n now me, my sister n my mother are legal heirs of that property. There was a loan of Central Bank of India which taken jointly by my father n his friend. Now the loan amount gone into NPA n my fathers friend not ready to repay it.
My question is that whether should I bifurgate the loan amount as well as that agriculture land.

Dear Sir,
My company has redesigning the appointment letter . In that they reduce the CTC. Gratuity part not mentioned. They put many clause . In that mention if they terminated we wont get gratuity amount. Also they reduced the basic. because of this basic PF amount reduced. They reduced PL& SL earlier 45 total now only 21. PH earlier 16 now it is mention 10. If we do not signed this redesigning letter . Company given salary as per the new redesigning letter which is not signed employee . It applicable to us that redesigning appointment letter without our signing (Acceptable) . What action we can take against company.

My younger sister got married in 2015 but her marriage didn't work so she filed for divorce which is in process...she had been mentally harass for money since she is working lady..she also has a son who is now 1.5 years old ..since the boy or his family are not bother enough for her or her son after post pregnancy and now..she wants her son's birth certificate details to be re- written omitting father's name ..Is it possible by any means..??

I am a doctor by profession..and my home town is bhiwandi...Thane...here i gave birth to my child too...i did not change my name afer marraige..my passport also mentions my full name with my fathers name...and spouse name has been added. now wen i apply for birth certificate ..the muncipal council...they are not ready to write my maiden name in the birth certificate of my child. they say always husb name shud come after ur name post marraige. All the legal document...my aadhar ..my pan..my passport all have my maiden name...can u pls suggest me the document or laws to put forward to the muncipal council..to justify my side and coax them to make a birth certificate of my child...with my maiden name as mothers name
