A flat was purchased me being the member as per share certificate. I was minor that time and hence my father became guardian and bills are coming in his name. Since I am Major now, married and name changed, I want to put my name as Major now. But the secretary of society wants an undertaking from me that I shall not use the flat for commercial purpose. I am running a coaching class there for the past 10 years. How to get name transferred without giving any undertaking to the secretary?

Dear Sir,
kindly give your expert view that my pass word of login ID of Income tax site is changed by a person and entered in my login ID of Income Tax. He taken all my information . I lodged complaint before local police station as well as IG operation of cyber crime in west Bengal.
I did not find any information from the cyber police station after 20 days from lodging my complaint. I requested to the police station to file FIR on person on whom i believed that he has used mobile phone and email ID for breaking my pass word. kindly suggest what I do in next to lodge FIR on the person who has take all my information illegally. in 2013, I also lodged a complaint but no action was taken by the police station. now the person has repeated again in this month of January, 2018 for the same crime.
kindly suggest what to do.

Hello Experts,
I have seen my property regsitration papers yesterday. In Payment Challan MTR 6 which i have seen the details of property including my buyer Name its me and seen there is validity of CHallan like 28/08/2015 and valid till 31/03/2099. ?
I wants to know that meaning?
and what will after 2099? is proprty ownership still mine or it would be changed.?

Can a registered Society conduct a Governing Body meeting through video conferencing. If yes will those members who participate through video conferencing be counted as part of the quorum.

Sir our land is 143 and we have the document for it but we are getting notice that the signature of officers are not in correct sequence date. Ur 143 is not correct. What is our fault. It is the officer mistake. Is it our crime

Hi,
My sister married for 9 yrs is continuously tolerating the domestic violence. We have asked her many times to stand against it and lodge a complaint. But she never does that fearing the future of her kid and divorce.
In the past few days she is getting physically as well as mentally tortured. But still living in the same house falling prey to the inlaws false apologies.
We can not do much since she is fearing leaving the husband's house. But we feels her life could have danger.
Is there any step that we can take to make sure that she will remain safe there. Like can we as girl's family file some application for her safe living there with her kid mentioning the domestic violence she is tolerating now?

If wife previously made suicide attempt due to his husband and in-laws tortured and husband recently file police complaints against wife that in future he and his family will not be responsible for her suicide attempt. And for withdrawing this application from police station they ask for 5k within 1day. Is it any fee for withdrawing case . Because police is saying that case has not in their hands it has gone to family court. Within how many days case has been filed in family court after application into police station?

If husband hit his wife and admitted his crime at police station, does this matter immediately goes to family court? And if he wats to withdraw the case and don't want to take any action against on his wife on the very next day then ? Any charged of withdraw case like 5k has to be paid?

Sir,
in 1949, my grand father had a partition of theproperty and in 1973, my father was given the partition from my grand father. i was born in 1969 after my birth only my father had his partition in 1973. my question is can i claim a share in this property as a grand child?
