Is it possible to delay case examination by influence

Dear sir,

Our land case is in the High court for final hearing but date is postporning and when is hearing on that day in the list of cause it will be last and day by day it is postponed for next week. as i know some land grabbing politicians are involved in the matter that's why i have doubt on law system. actually the case is belongs to our grandmother she is age 85+ is there any option to request Court to make priority. we are utterly fed up with this Land grabbers and law and order.

Is there any provision in CPC of getting help from central forces (such as RAF or army) in case local police authority does not able/capable of delivery of possession?

Father in law's right to childless dead son in law land

In a Christian Kerala family there are 6 children . Property exists in dead father in law name and in children's name now one child (son married) dies without will subsequently his wife also died . Now will the property in the name of father in law and dead son go equally to remaining siblings of the dead son alone or will the wife's family also have a right in both property. All your valuable comments are advises are welcome. Please share your insights and experience in the matter.
