if husband and wife name is mentioned in the purchase agreement then does the wife has any right in the property
we both are divorced now but no where in the purchase deed it is mentioned that she is joint owner
in the divorce paper she has mentioned that she will not claim for any of my moveable or immoveable property

I have residential 2bhk flat in Andheri in a co-operatice housing society, which I want to give on leave in licence basis,I have identified a person who is interested, but he is unable to effort the rent so he has got his friend who will share the place and pay the half rent.
Interested person wants the agreement for 3 years and he and his friend will signed the agreement.
I kindly request expert for your esteem advice.

I have a case of bank. Bank wants possession of my land. Bt in state commission has passed the order against bank.nw case in ncdrc delhi.
Today in drt 1 the ask to the bank y he has nt possession. My case no.is SA/167/2017.PLS REPLY TO ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.WAT CAN I DO NW ??

BUT THE PROPERTY BELONGS TO LENDER'S COUSIN GRAND PARENT .

Can i build a garrage to my boundary line.which is attached to neighbours boundary line.they send a notice of 144 against us through court.what can indo now.is this construction work illegal?

Dear experts
A person is having a land of 9 acres flown from her husband who got the same on the basis of a will.later he transferred the same in favour of his wife and she is having a clear title and possession.
Her husband uncle filed a case regarding the same on her husband for partition which is pending before the court.but there is no stay.
Now she wants to dispose the land as she wants to shift from the place and given a public notice through a lawer for which uncle of her husband given a notice saying that it is not for sale.
The partition suit pending from 2013 coming for trail and he did not filed chief affidavit as a plaintiff.
The will is not questioned by any one up to six years after it's execution.
Kindly advice on this my dear experts whether the land can be disposed or not in view of her.

Hai Dear Friends
Actually I Lost My Gold Ornaments Due To Theft Happened At My Home Premises When Our Family Members Went For Outstation For Emergency Purposes. We Complained The Police People N After Some Time They Got The Chor N Recovered Our Belongings.
Now The Court Is Asking Solvency Certificate For Surrendering Our Articles.
What Is Solvency Certificate N Who Should Give It N Where Can Get The Info.
Kindly Guide Me Further Iam Not Able To Handle N Not Being Happily For No. Of Times Visiting Legal Coordinators.
What Will Be Happens If We Were Not Able To Surrender The Concern Certificate.

My wife went to his father's home and has filed section 24
My 7 months pregnant wife left me with our 6 years old son on Feb 2018. I went to my in laws home to meet my son and to talk to them but my father in law started abusing me and then they called the police and started accusing me of domestic violence. They then lodge a police complaint for the same. But police found that they are lying so case was dismissed and sent to women cell for reconciliation. When the women cell called them they refused to come for any kind of reconciliation. I tried talking to my wife and she says that she won't live with me and also she won't divorce me. Last month I filed a RCR petition and in response to that my wife has filed a section 24 where she has again accused me of domestic violence and has asked for a hefty maintenance amount.
Now what happens to my RCR petition?
Do I need to prove my innocence in the case of domestic violence ? or is it her responsibility to prove ?
If proved or not proved, do I need to pay hefty maintenance amount ?
Can I file for divorce on the basis of mental cruelty ? If yes how can i prove it and how long will it take ?
How can I get my son back at earliest ?
My wife is misusing the law, can I file some criminal case against her ?
