Release deed

Hi,

I am 28yrs old lady working in IT company. My father expired in 2011 and my mother wants me to sign a release deed since I am getting married to a guy of my choice. Its written that after my marriage I will have no right on any family related property or finance matters. I have a younger sister. My mother says that she is doing this for the safety of all 3 people. And in future she will get a 'will' saying the family property will be divided by us sisters after her lifetime.
Please provide suggestions on how this might affect me or benefit me.
Thanks.

Bank not honoring payment despite sufficient balance.

Sir/s,
Authorised Officer (AO) appointed to handle day-to-day affairs and to arrange for election of a cooperative premises society. Socy has two independent saving bank accounts. AO thus appointed submitted his KYC to 1st bank (only) for account operation.
Thereafter a status-quo was obtained against the appointment of AO. The AO has not submitted his KYC and therefore is not on the records of 2nd bank as a signatory to operate the 2nd account. Existing signatories of the socy issued cheque from 2nd bank account but the bank refused to clear the payment saying since there is a dispute they will not pass the cheques.
[1]. IS THE STAND TAKEN BY THE 2ND BANK CORRECT?
[2]. IF NO, WHAT OPTIONS AND REMEDY LIE BEFORE THE EXISTING SIGNATORIES AGAINST THE 2ND BANK?

Terms of employment changed without my consent

I started with this US based company based in Gurgaon on 1st March, 2016 on condition that I will work from home for 7 pm-10:30pm IST and later half till 4 am IST from office.
I just got email today from HR that company no longer allows work from home and that I need to work from office on all days without even discussing with me.
I am 44 year old women and cant take stress to work from office for that long.
Before joining this company, I was working full time from home fror 10+ years and I joined this company only on this condition. I have written agreement for given agreed timings from VP HR(he has resignd now).
I just spoke with current HR head of this company and he told that person who has signed agreemnt with you(VP HR, that time) is no more with us hence that agreement stand invalid.
Few days earlier, I had a disagreement with owner of the company and he asked me to resign but I asked him to terminate me if required. It all happend because I asked for the salary hike which was promised after an year but not given till date. I stopped coming to office for 2 days and then HR Head asked to to come and join and start work as usual. I also have email on same.

Please advise how should I proceed?
