Dear sir
Their is a land near my house and we are in possession on it about 40 years.our village is batwara shuda village mean a proper map of my village is available.The land in old paper is in the name of other person . Their is 10 to 15 tree on this land but not any construction or boundry it an open land.now the person who is owner of this land claiming on it. what is my legal options on this matter.

Hello, I filed DV ACT 2005 against husband in November 2017, and its may 2018 running. What is the time period of completion of DV ACT 2005, as i heard it is 90 days, in which we get final decision. PLEASE HELP...

Respected sir my husband belongs to OBC and we need to apply for the non creamy layer certificate. My husband's permanent address is from Aurangabad. We shifted to Vasai 15 years back .we have not made fashion card also .we live in a rented house of our relative .The qstn arises is the office people needed permanent address or rented recept which we don't have..what are the other options.please guide.Thank you.

My cousin sister passed away recently.� She's survived by two sons from the first marriage and her second husband.�
Her first husband's father (my cousin first father in law) has some property to be divided.
Can the second husband claim right on that property of the first husband of my cousin or only the sons from the first husband have sole rights??�

I am hindu. I filed divorce as wife left home 2 years ago on pretext of marriage functions and never returned. After notice of divorce she immediately filed 498a first and DV after 1 week. In DV she has not attended a single hearing (due to govt job)and even her lawyer attended only 2. So can I dismiss the DV for non-appearance of wife from starting to till date. Further There was no investigation done in DV as per various judgments. Please guide and she has asked for protection,residential or rent amount.

Hi,
Myself P Gouda(youngest), My Brother name is B Gouda(eldest), sister Nirmala(my elder sister).
In my family I'm the only one who is educated. In Mar 2016 I made an agreement for releasing my rights on father's property so that my brother can sell the land to others and payoff the loans he made as part of family/business.
Brother had put the family land (total 8 acres) in Suco society bank for mortgage of which 4 acres was on father name and other 4 acres is on brother's name.
My brother’s loans shot upto 2.17 crores because he didn’t pay the installment on time. Bank gave him one time settlement option of 65 lacs only to close his loan.
Brother was trying to sell this 8 acre land to person called Sheshavali for 40 lacs and this guy wanted me to come from USA to handover my rights to him. Sheshavali gave 15 lacs to my brother as loan before I’m buying the land.
Eventually my brother couldn't sell land to others and sold the land to me for 40 lacs.
Now my brother is not leaving my land saying that we've not yet partitioned legally.
How Can I lodge civil and criminal suit/case against my brother and sheshavali as they are threatening me of not leaving the land until Sheshavali’s whole will be paid back by my brother.
I don’t have any financial relationship with this Sheshavali.
I need to take back my control over the land I purchased.
I'm currently living in USA I need your legal suggestion about my options.

CHS not issuing Lease Deed & Society Registration Certificat
Hi,
My name is Amar & I'm looking to purchase a property at Charkop, Kandivali (W), Mumbai.
However the CHS is not issuing Lease Deed & Society Registration Certificate to the owner.
We are willing to file a complaint against CHS & want to resolve this issue asap because this has been pending for couple of months now.
Can somebody help me regarding this issue?
