Deductions under 80rrb

A client of mine has 2 patent applications pending before the Indian Patent Office. They have both been inspected and published. Now just awaiting response from department for final inspection and issuance.
In the mean time, he has been approached by various companies for licensing the patent.
1. Can he take royalty on Patents which are pending issuance? Will they be eligible for deduction under 80RRB?
2. If patent is not issued or rejected at a later date what happens to the income earned till now? Does he have to pay retrospective tax on that?
3. As deduction is only 3L max. he is considering assigning one to his wife. That way she can license it out. Will she be eligible to avail 80RRB?
4. What is the applicability/impact of GST in Royalty?

Please advise

Action against holding property documents

Hi,
Can you please guide me regarding the action I can take against someone who is holding my property documents even after repeated request to give them back. My Father in Law initially & orally denied about having it. I caught him on video saying he has them & he will give it to me in court.
The property is on only my name.

Thanks

Slp dismiss in supreme court due to advocate negligence

Respected Advocates,

I am in a big trouble and need immediate and expertbadvisr on my case.

Last Month my Advocate who is (AOR) in supreme court file for slp in supreme court. It is against sec 138 case. The high court ignore some major facts and gave the wrong judgment. Now my advocate who is aor in supreme court filed the case and didn't present on the said date. He went outstation without information . A day before the case date he told another advocate to present in the court next day and do the arguments. That another advocate didn't knew the case so he just do what he can do and the case (slp) was dismissed. The court decision is that they cannot interfere in high court orders. No other reason given for dismissal in written orders.

Now please tell that since this is due to advocate irresponsible behaviour, can I re-file the case in any way through another advocate ? Or any other way for me to revive my case? Please help me.

Regarding taking back of 2-wheeler from wife

I am hindu. My wife had filed false cases of DV and 498a after my divorce petition. Further she is not living with me since 2 years. Also when she was living with me I had bought her 2-wheeler which bears my name. Since she left home on pretext of marriage functions I gave her the 2-wheeler for her use. But since now she has filed cases I want to take back my 2-wheeler immediately from her so what is the legal procedure for it as I cannot ask her(directly/indirectly) to give back.

Now I want to do settlement. Collection agency is asking for 45% and I am saying I can pay 30% of the remaining principal.

Who can become a partner in an llp

Dear all,

As per the LLP Act, an individual or a body corporate can become partners in an LLP. I would like to know whether an individual in the capacity as a trustee (representing the trust) can become a partner in an LLP?

Thanks in advance.
