OLd property issue

Hi my father has 2 brothers and my father died before 2 years and my mother died before 10 days. And my elder father want to sale our village for property in which they all 3 brothers has a part. And we are 2 sister and 1 brother and brother left our house and we dont know where he is. So how can we add our name in property and is it possible to sale this property without adding our name. Bcoz I dont have a trust on my elder fathers.and how can i put stay on this land.

Unregistered rent agreement of 1971

My grandfather made agreement with one of the tenant in the year 1971 for rent rs xx p.m.My grandfather expired and the witnesses who signed the unregistered rent agreement also expired. The tenant has got a xerox copy of original document on the basis of which he has filed a case under rent act maharashtra.The rented premises which was 115 yrs old also collapsed of the natural cause in the year 2016.My query is what are the merit of this case. Whether the handwritten agreement will be accepted by the court as a proof. The tenant stayed their till 1971 to 2005 without having a electricity supply meter on his name. FRom 2005 the tenant left to new house cause of the dilapidated condition of the house.

It and office security

Dear Sir,

Currently I am under a notice period since Dec 2017 for performance issues and my last date to show my improved performance was given as 31st May . Month on Month I have been trying to convince my management that my performance has improved but they seem to have formed a one sided negative view.
Each passing day they are asking me to resign or else I will be terminated. I am menatally upset & I also want to go peacefully and I have told my management of financial burden on me and keeping the current age of mine in view ( as I am 54 years old ) the alternate employment may take time and requested them to waive my few loans to enable me yo take care of my future needs.
however seeing no positive response or support from them I decided to take legal recourse as last option and transferred some data to my personal e mail ID merely for comparison purpose and to keep as an evidence in my self defence as if I get terminated I will not have access to mails. The MIS data is lying in my laptop only and not passed on to anyone.

however my management has tracked one of my mail and issued me a show cause notice.

Kindly advise how serious is it from IT law point of view . Does it involve criminal offence.

What is the best recourse for me.

Rti

The Regional transport office record can be called under rti application. The details of the owner is required in the court without involving the police department . Rto authority refused to give details.

Who can collect maintenance charges non regis society

We own a flat in a building where are 7 flats and 3 shops in navi mumbai
my question is can a Flat owner collect maintenance of flats or call for GBM and threatens to disconnect and change water and elect meters. where there is no co-op housing society formed and he is acting as a so-called Secretary/treasurer of the building.
we are not aware neither we have received any letter if the builder had any kind of meeting where he has appointed or handed him over the authority to do the same.

if he is doing so without our knowledge what action can we take against him.

Rape case and 3/4 pocso act

A girl aged 17 years and married, as told by her , no medicle evidence of rape, medicle on same date of incident, nothing found in accused cloths, proof of age is a domicile and school t.c according to which she was 17 years and 7 months on date of incident, no medicle examinations regarding her age, f.i.r lodged by police constable, major contradictions in date and place of incident, no independent witness produced, parents of victim not examined in court, girl said she was caught with accused in hotel at 25th january night at 11 p.m ..policeman who caught them stated they caught the accused on 26th january night 11 p .m outside the hotel, medicle is dated 26-01-2015 conducted at 5 p.m
No witness from hotel examined, no i.d found of any victim or accussed found, no cctv footage , original register of hotel not took in custody by I.O .
Only 6 witness
Pw1 chachi of victim turned hostile, pw2 victim wth doubtful testimony, pw3 policeman who lodged f.i.r , pw4 doctor who stated rape not found, no injuries etc, pw5 i.o , pw6 school teacher who presented t.c copy in court .
What are the chances for aquital of accused.
Any supreme court ruling will be very helpful. Thanks in advance.
