srinivas has made a will without any registration . and then srinivas had been dead . later mahesh srinivas's son goes to sub register and register's the will. mahesh will go to civil court and he will apply the probiet , court will allow the probiet. court will asks the withness and check the evidence, later court accept all this. court gave the final judgement date. the court have asked us to present the sitation copy details of any other person or any other similar to this case.
i need the sitation copy details if anyone have please gave me sir

My vehicle is driven by other person .
Traffic police have booked a charge sheet on my vehicle.under 180 section allowing an unauthorized person to drive the vehicle.fine paid in the court. Will this effect in govt jobs like police department.

My grandfather had 5 sons A,B,C,D,E. grandfather died without making a will. the agriculture land got transferred to the name of 5 sons A,B,C,D,E according to law. by mutually concern they all divided the land of their own without making any documentation. now few years later 4 of them (A,B,C,D) died. now the problem creates from the here .the C's son's wife(she is widow) sold their share of agriculture land to D's son's wife without NOC from E(who is still alive). now E wants to redivide the remaining land as A's and B's family members already sold their share of agriculture land outside the family. E wants to redivide the remaining agriculture land which is 3/5. is that possible?.is it possible that E can cancel the sale deed made by C's son's wife.i am in confusion please help me out.i am from UP.

I HAD AN QUERY REGARDING MERGER OF TWO PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANIES
IN MY CASE THE NCLT DELHI HAS PASSED ORDER OF FIRST MOTION ON 23.05.2018 WHEREIN ALL THE MEETINGS HAVE BEEN DISPENSED.
I KEPT WAITING FOR THE FIRST COPY OF THE ORDER BUT IT NEVER REACHED TO ME TILL DATE
NOW ON 06.07.2018, I GOT CERTIFIED TRUE COPY OF THE ORDER BY MAKING DUE FEE
NOW I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT I AM LATE IN FILLING THE PAPERS OF SECOND MOTION FOR APPROVAL OF THE SCHEME OF AMALGAMATION, WHICH I WAS TO FILE IN 7 DAYS FROM THE ORDER.
PLEASE ADVISE DO I NEED TO MOVE AN APPLICATION FOR CONDONATION OF DELAY OR NOT
SECONDLY MY DELAY IS IN GETTING THE CERTIFIED TRUE COPY OF THE ORDER
OR
I AM DELAY IN SUBMITTING THE SECOND MOTION PAPERS BEFORE NCLT
IF I NEED TO FILE APPLICATION OF DELAY THEN PLEASE GIVE ME DRAFT OF CONDONATION OF DELAY APPLICATION

Dear sir,
I was working for Sopan O&M Company Pvt. Ltd. for almost 2 and half month as Mechanical Engineer (Lead). Due to some personal reasons i had to resign from the company and in my last month i had worked for 15 days of May 2018. And now i am asking them to issue my 15 days salary they are not issuing it giving reason that I did not complete notice period. Even after send the resignation letter, they did not tell me any notice period. But the fact is I was on probation period and I did not have any notice period for it and even they did not give me an appointment letter. I have only my bank statements, and mail statements so please advise me how I will get my salary from that company.
Please help me with the same what should i do because I cannot leave the lot of hard earned money. I don�t want to leave my salary.

sir, I got a seat in the central university of Karnataka in IMA ECONOMICS and the classes were started on 2/7/2018 the university has an accommodation facility and them for students and asked them for hostel facility and they replied me that
*we provide hostel merit basis and reservation basics
*you can stay out at somewhere and you can attend the classes
sir, I don't know anyone in and outside the campus sir,
and I belong s to general category (and ebc) sir I cant effort the outside hostel sir
sir is there any way to get hostel accommodation please let me known sir

I'm purchasing a flat from the builder. Builder claims it to be from his share of flats.The division of the flats between builder and the landlord is not clearly defined in the development agreement cum power of attorney between the builder and the landlord. What precautions I need to take to ensure that builder isn't selling me a flat from the landlord's share?
