if there is only two girls (no boy) of a parents then how can the property divided between them , is there is a right of a girl is vested in mothers income if mother cant give any assets to her and same as wt about fathers property. what is the legal standing of a girl is she is married.

I am Gopi, HR Professional in a Steel Industry. Please clarify the follwoing.
1. Can we bifercate the minimum wages of contract labour in to Basic, HRA, Spl Allowance etc.
2. If so, can we deduct pf only on basic of the contract labour.

My friend is working with Judiciary department, In Tamil Nadu State.
He is a physically handicapped person.
Is there any exemption in Professional Tax to him?
Can you let me know about the provisions pertaining to exemption of professional Tax to Physically(orthopeadically) handicapped?
