i am 25 years old married girl.i got married 2 years before.my husband is really a nice guy but d problem is that after 2 months of my marriage i came to know by my mother in law that he has married me coz just of the family pressure.he hadn't marry me willingly.i was nt aware of this fact before my marriage.though i don't have any complaints with my husband but every second i feel as i've destroyed his life.even after 2 years of marriage i never feel any concern,feeling of safety or intimacy from his side,he is so neutral,though i try alot to get into relatoinship.but he is leading his life as just his duty..this feeling is like burden to me.i don't know how will i lead my whole life with this guilty..what should i do?can i divorce him so that he can lead his life with the person of his own choice?if yes than on what grounds? please help me???

i hav lodged a complaint against my business collegue whu has thretened me twice
he repeated mailed to fuck me or ill be killd.
i lodged an fir but he was releasd on anticipatory bail.
of which i wasnt given any information by the police.
wt to do next kindly guide.

Hello,
As you all know I am having a matrimonial dispute with my wife and now facing several cases filed on me.
Now, this time my wife has submitted a forge document in court written by her friend/relative (undersigned by my name with wrong ph no), and now she is claiming that this letter has been written by me which is not true because that hand writing is not mine.
Now I want to take some action against her.
plz. tell me what and where should I file the complaint for submitting her false document and misleading the court.
Should I ask for affidafit from her first.

Dear Sir,
Suppose 'P' VS 'R1, R2' is contesting a civil suit. Any Interlocutory order passed against P. Then P decides to file revision as
Crl Revision: P Vs State
so that the R will not interfere and the order will be easily set aside. It is wrong or right.
Or
We have to make the same parties in the revision which were in the civil suit or in the order.

Dear Respected experts,
I have posted the message earlier but there are ambiguities and different opinions are there which made me confused in taking the correct procedure
I reconcile the same
In previous hearing at the Hon'ble CAT, I made my plea to file the writeen arguments which was turned down by the Hon'ble Tribunal But some of the members advise me to go ahead in filing the same as if it get rejected It will be the good ground of AppealIn the light of the aforementioned facts what should I do whether I should file the Written Arguments or not?
Your opinion definately help me in giving right direction

Married daughter's Share in Father Property(Agriculture Land
Hello Sir,
I have 1 imp query..........
My grandfather(nanaji) got expired in June'2006 and my mother get expired in May'2007.My nanaji has 2 son and 1 daughter.It obvious,My mother get married before 2005.I mean before HSAA 2005 ACT.
So I want to know can I(son) claim on my nanaji's Agriculture Land?Currently my nanaji's son has transfered his land in their name.This is the case of Uttaranchal.
------ As per Hindu Succession Amendment Act 2005,Daughter has equal right on agriculture land even married daughter also.
Has all restrictions on date of marriage ,date of birth before,unmarried have been struck down after the above judgements. Also the supremacy of the Central Act of 2005 over various state amendments has been upheld in the above judgements.As I have heard this.
Pls advise me asap.
