M/s ABC is developing a particular piece of land in Jhansi. Firm is registered with Local Samiti. Firm's partner Mr. A & Mr. B have jointly purchased a land on 2005 and immediately form a partnership firm and introduced the land as Capital in the Firm. Later on Mr. C & Mr. D joined the Firm M/s ABC. I further clarify that there is no mutation deed executed in the name of M/s ABC and land is still showing in the name of Mr. A & Mr. B jointly.
Now firm is developing the same piece of land and selling Duplex. but in the sale agreement Mr. A & Mr. B is signing under the partnership firm's stamp viz.- M/s ABC. Kindly advise me whether I can purchase such duplex. I have approached one of the nationalised bank, they have advised that mutation should be done in this case.

Dear Sir...reference court passed the order for grant of compensation of land under Land Acquisitions Act. Defendant filled an appeal before High Court. Without calling any record from reference court, High Court passed an order of demand back the case to reference court. Before this also High Court remanded back this matter. Then I filled review application before High Court but High Court dismissed the applications of review with the cost of Rs 25000/-. Now what can I do..plz suggest.

Today i became case no. Judge passed an order which directs the respondent to refrain from domestic violence against me and my kids.. the case posted for next hearing on 18/11/2018.. what i want to understand is what should be the next step forward. My advocate just does not speak anything.. or maybe she herself is not clear.. i found to be very unprepared in the first hearing itself.. my specific ??s
1. What is the step wise nxt process.. is there a specific process.
2. What should be preparations for next hearing.
3. I have mentioned about 27 points in my appeal.. wl all that be heard point wise.. each hearing one point and so on...
4. In the mediation process.. is it for specific time allotment.. like 10mnts 15 mnts.. or is it one sitting and entire plea is heard...
5. My marriage is of over 23yrs.. and so has been my suffering..
6 is there a possibility of me getting some case papers... for my understanding the whole process...

Hi sir /mam i have joined a school in March 2017 and resigned on July 2 after giving one month notice. I left the school on 31july. But now they are not giving me salary of June as they r saying that u have resigned so u will not get salary for June. I want to know can they stop my salary on this behalf also iIhave worked for 9 days in June also.
Also they have deducted the salary of 6.5 days of July but iIwas having leave of two days only.
They started deducting pf from month of February without taking any consent all share from our salary to get cbse affiliation. But they have not paid for June and July as I have resigned can i do something in that also. As I know I cannot withdraw whole share if not continued for six months.
