Can a hindu daughter married in 1997, may seek share from her father’s property’s share got from his father on his death i.e grandfather of the daughter ? In one property, father is residing with his two sons & in second property- one factory is going on.
- How, what ways/ legal provisions/peaceful options when father may deny or not willing to give the share of the daughter ?
- In what type of division/benefit may be got by the daughter when father has other two sons & one daughter excluding me and they are not willing to seek their shares/ dividing the property as they are earning benefits by these properties by rent/business, etc. ?

We are a private limited company and our activities are marketing medicines in our own brand names and our firm has been in operation for around six months now.
Before incorporating our company we did a tradesearch for our name and it had come out clear and so we went ahead with this name and also applied for trademarking.
Now after six months of doing business in this name we have found tthat another big pharmaceutical company has a DIVISION with the same name as ours (in operation before us)and they are also marketing some of their products uunder this name..the only exception is that the brand name of their products and our products is entirely different(Brand names are more imp in the pharma ind as medicines are known more by their brand name than the company marketing them)
Now my question is can the other pharma company sue us for marketing medecines under a similiar name as one of their divisions? We had chosen our name in good faih and was not aware that this division existed and while the parent name of this pharma giant is well know, this particular division is not very well known and was not even listed on their website.
Please let me know if the pharma company has any grounds for suing us and asking for compensation in this regard??

Further to my query, can equitable mortgage be created by a financial institution on agricultural land for a loan (as per RBI guidelines the same is treated as Indirect Agri finance)granted by the bank to a corporate firm in Mahdya Pradesh. That is to say, can EM on agri land be created in MP for a agri loan granted to a corporate?

My husband has filed for divorce and I am planning for contesting the case because I want to retain my marriage but I dont have sufficient money for the fees of lawyer and to run my home on monthly basis. So in this case, if I apply for maintenance ( I am not talking about interim maintenance), then will judge think that I am ready for divorce but I want only maintenance and will grant divorce to my husband ? Because judge is nothing but a human being who can think this way too. Pls tell me the effect of my applying for maintenance on my entire case. Which section I should refer for maintenance.

Sec.133 Cr.P.C Removal of Nuisance
Dear Members,
There is an encroachment on Public road since several years next to slum. The road has now become too narrow hence the heavy vehicles cannot enter inside. This is causing annoyance to public and last month there was a fire mishap and the firebrigade could not have access to the place of incidence.
I have decide to apply in personal capacity u.sec.133 of Cr.p.c for removal of the encroachment as i reside nearby to the subject matter.
Please let me know if any applicable Citations.
