What is the liability of a person if he signs as witness on a Memorandum of Hindu marriage in good faith, and further realises that he was not present for the marriage.What should be his lawyers stand if matter is challenged in court, and bigamy is contended.

Can a legal heir run/operate the bank account of a proprietary concern till the estate of a deceased person is fully settled ? Bank says to close the bank a/c by transferring the funds to the nominee. However, business cannot be immediately closed and till the things are settled, the obligations of the business are required to be met. Please help / suggest. Thanks & Regards.

in the sec 381 of I.P.C is it possible for procecution to demand narco test and brain mapping, and court already granted 16 day Police custody and 13 day Judicial Custody to the accused.
is it voilate constitution right under art-21, because already sufficient time had been granted to Procecution.

Dear All,
I have diposited Rs.13000 cash through envolope provided by HDFC Bank. I have deposited it through 2 envelopes containing Rs. 10000 and Rs. 3000 respectively. Amount 3000 credited to my account but Rs. 10000 credited only Rs 5000 with statement that 5000 Rs. found Short. I have deposited the amount in the Denomination of Rs. 500.
I have rasied a complaint through phone banking as there procedure and met with bank officials also. But they are stating the same that they found the amount short.
But I am very much sure that i have deposited the complete amount.
Please suggest me what remedy I have.
What I should do Legally to get my money back.

A wife has filed FIR with following sections i.e. 498a, 406, 326, 323, 34 but in charge sheet (which has come on the 90th day) two section were removed those are 326 and 323 and added sec. 4 & 5 under DPA. Can a person file case with section 211 of CRPC for giving false charges? And on that basis can he quash 498a and other cases.

At the side of home mr x construction was taken place by mr y the said land probably in the name of mrs. z
According to the said dispute x applied before the chief officer for the remove the construction and stop construction and with the connection of the said matter chief officer issued letter to y for the stop construction and remove the construction which is already constructed by mr y the letter of chief officer ignored by mr y so chief officer second time issued the same letter as final instruction then also no any kind of the steps taken by the mr y
Therefore mr x demanded the all things under the R T I act with the connection of the said property but with the surprise he got that no any type the property on the name of mr y but that is the true fact that the construction is taken place by him and under the instruction of him
Finally mr x wrote a letter to the depyuty collector and colletor and with the said letter collector wrote to the chief offcier to prevent the said construction and remove the construction which was already constructed by mr y
In the reply of the letter of collector the chief officer wrote that there is no any property in the name of mr y therefore no nedd to stop it the chief officer also declare that there is no any kind of the development permission given by the authority.
