my divorce case is pending in family court but it is hardly making any progress and the judge is giving long dates without any proceedings. I want to expediate the proceedings and want day to day trial. Can i file any application for day to day trial viting section 21 of Constitution of india. what other remedy can i excercise for the same.

I AM PLANNING TO BUY A 1500 SQFT VACCANT LAND IN THE MAIN ROAD.OUT OF WHICH (750SQFT) DONT HAVE PATTA BUT HAS DOCUMENT.BUT THE REMAINING (750SQFT) HAS DOCUMENT AND PATTA. THE OWNER HAS BEEN ENJOYING THE PROPERTY FOR 15 YEARS. THE VALUE OF THE LAND IS 50 LAKHS.I AM PLANNING TO CONSTRUCT A COMMERCIAL COMPLEX IN THE LAND. IS IT DEFINITELY POSSIBLE TO GET PATTA AFTER BUYING LAND?
AND WHAT IS THE CONSEQUENCE OF BUILDING WITHOUT PATTA. THUS TO CONCLUDE WHAT IS PAATA?

dear sir,
I m 30 years old, Govt servant. I m in great trouble. I did registered marriage with a girl 3 years back. But we didnt start living together. She is living in her house and I at my fathers house.The reason is that I could not arrange to live together. But since last couple of months, she started to threaten me to commit suicide at my fathers house, if I dont start living with her immediately. She even dont listen my any request.
Now please help me, what will I do with her? If i start living with her, she may commit suicide at the slightest causes. Because, she had already started to talk about suicide. Should I file any FIR against her threat?
Please advice....

Dear Sir,
A person "P" has entered into sale agreement to buy a flat with a builder "B" in the state of "KA".
But due to some litigation between "B" and landowner "L", the flat has not been registered."P" filed a complaint against "B" in consumer forum and its proceeding now.
Now "P" has to relocate to UK on multi year job assignment."P" wants to give GPA to his father "F" ,who is residing in another state "AP",mainly to deal with the case and also to take care of his property/investments in "KA" and in "AP".
I want to know what are the limitations of this GPA.Like if "B" knowingly that "P" is out of country,files civil/criminal complaints(just to harass or delay the consumer proceedings or to threaten us to come to a compromise on his terms),can GPA holder "F" appear and contest on behalf of "P" as its not practical for "P" to come down and contest on his own?
Please let me know

I am planning to purchase a plot.
the plot was registered in the name of Ramalakshmi who was a central govt. employee.
The property owner Rama lakshmi was died in the year 1995.
Now her husband was selling the property.
Husband has shown legal heir certificate issued by Mandal revenue officer in the year 1995 for collecting P.F and other payments from the govt.company
It was mentioned in the certificate that the lady is having a son of 5 years age at that time i.e in 1995.
Now can i purchase the plot from the husband.
Please advise and guide me.

My father had been lost at last fourteen year back and now our society going under SRA scheme and our secretery of the society required indemnity bond for tranfering the property in the name of my mother.
So my query is that this should be required? or if yes plz send me the format of this.

May I Kindly request all of you to extend your valuable guidance in the following matter?
Old man not able to move and sign made a gift deed in the name of his son, paid stamp duty in full and made thumb impression in presence of notary and notary attested the document as Before Me by putting his signature. Now, my question is whether such a document can be presented for registration before sub registrar by his son under proper power of attorney? Can it be registered? Please help. Regards. Deepak
