How to transfer a patta of land with GR label?

My had obtains some of my grandfather's land through partition among the brothers. The partition is registered. Some how a piece of land which my father acquired through the partition, the patta is still in my grandfather's name and now it is having GR label. I was informed that the patta can't be changed as it has GR label?

I would be grateful if you let me know what does GR means and also how to change the patta to my father's name.

My father is facing problem in selling this land as buyer's are insisting on the patta to be in my father's name.

Thank you

Consequent to Sarfaesi 13(4) action.

Sarfaesi 13(4) action is effected. Objections already raised as u/s 13(3A) within 60 days. Reply not given within one week as mandated in amendment to Act. Further, schedule of property differs to unenforceable extent in 13(2) notice & 13(4) notice. Can I prefer an 'application' to DRT instead of an 'appeal' to DRT to declare the acts of the bank void and re-convey possession of my property to me? Would I need to deposit the huge amounts (25% - 50%) that is usually required? Is there a limitation within which I should make the application? The bank has not made paper publication of the 13(4) action yet. Is there a time limit for them to do so?

Home loan - taxation - Legal Documents

I am taking house Improvement loan, where in the property is in the name of my Father(who has no other income and dependent of mine). Me and My Father are the co-borrowers. The entire EMI is deducted from my Salary.

In this case can I claim Income Tax Exemption. If not, is there a way out. But my question is immediately after taking the loan, if my father transfer the property to my name as gift. am i eligible for claiming the tax exemption solely.

declaratory relief

What is declaratory relief suit ?

As our case is still pending in Final decree proceedings, in which some legal heirs of one 3rd plaintiff who are not entitle for share as per Mohammedan law have been brought on record as Legal representatives of the plaintiff along with the real LR's, the FDP court is not ready to decide In terse dispute among legal heirs of plaintiff dismissing our Interlocutory application in trial court and writ petition is also dismissed in high court saying even if the non legal heirs are on record as LR's of plaintiff will not create any right for them and we have not objected at the time in 1986 when they were brought on record as LR's in the still pending Final decree proceedings.

Now our advocate is planning to file a declaratory relief suit to declare who are the legal heirs who can succeed in the property or share or anything which is in the name of 3rd plaintiff he say we can club the result with the pending final decree proceedings...
