There were more than one parties as plaintiff in original suit and suit have been decreed in favour of plaintiffs. In execution proceeding only one apply for the execution of decree. Opposite party is pleading before the court that application for execution is defective because all plaintiffs of original suit are not added as party. Whether it is lacuna on the part of decree holder. PLz help.

Sir,
I received the copy of W.S. After a long period I came to know that defendant along with his W.S, filed lots of document which were not provided to me. I filed application to court asking the copies of these document, defendant objected. Next date is fixed for hearing on this point. Please help me.

What would be the status of nominee in saving bank account, after the demise of account holder.esp.if the nominee is minor(14 years of age). 1)Can the parents of the nominee withdraw or handle the amount?
2)can the parents of the nominee convert the account to fixed deposit scheme in the same bank.
3)Can the parents transfer the fixed deposit a/c.to some other bank/branch
P.S.NOMINEE IS THE GRANDSON OF ACCOUNT HOLDER.

Sir,
In Motor Accident Claim Case, the driver of the vehicle was charge sheeted by the police is Sri Salim Son of Sri Maksood Ahamad but the copy of D.L. of one Sri Salam Son of Nanhey has been filed by the said driver namely Sri Salim. Now, the Driver Salim alleged that he is also known by Salam but the father's name differed in police charge sheet and D.L..
In such circumstances, what are the papers should be produced before the Tribunal to show that these are two different persons not one & same.
