Hi,
My father is missing from 2001 June onwards.My mother is staying with me in bangalore and i have one brither also. I am 23 years old and brother is 21 years.
Coming to the Question
We have 10 cents of land which is in the name of my Father and mother, but as my father is missing for last 9 years we are not able to sell this out. Is there any way to make this land to my Mom's name only so that we can sell it off. Also my Father's mother still alive. Please give me a suggestion.

Dear all,
FACTS:
One of the employee of a company dies in an accident in the office premises.
Employees of the company decided to provide one day salary as their contribution to the family of the employee who died in the accident.
Please advice on the TDS and other tax implication on the above transactions in the hands of the employees/company/and the receiving family.

i bought a flat in bangalore. builder is not registering the property in my name even after paying the full amount. he is just postponing the registeration since 6 month by giving false promises to register

Is an emailed cease and desist letter for trademark & copyright infringement legal? I have received an email from a legal counsel of the complainant company asking my client to cease and desist from infringement of their trademark & copyright. Should I respond to this cease and desist letter emailed to my client or should I wait to get one by by traditional certified mail?

Hi all,
I own a property purchased in my name under home loan from LIC. The property is in my name and I'm paying away the loan EMI on a monthly basis. Now I would like to gift the said property to my parents.Is this possible?. I'm still single. If yes how is this possible. ?
Alternatively can I transfer the property at a later date once the home loan is completed even if I'm married at a later date. Will there be a problem in executing the gift deed post marriage?
