sir,
i am residing in a residential premises and in the same building three illegal coaching institutes are running causing unidentified persons visit in entrance dead end lane purely meant for the residents,relatives,friends of two buildings. i want to stop unidentified visitors causing nuisance. pl guide what i should do and tell me how or where to report of the above illegal coaching institute running in residential area of Dehradun.

My mother has passed away in 1995 without leaving a will for a land property measuring 4 Cottahs approx. in Kolkata.My father, younger brother & younger sister & myself are the heirs of the property.The land property has a valuation of approx 15.00 lakhs.
My father & sister have agreed to release their natural share of the property without any monetory consideration in favour of my brother & me.
Can we execute a relinquishment deed to register our names with the registrar and get mutation in our names to approach bank for home loan in individual names ?
Is prior mutation necessary to execute the relinqishment deed ?
Is there any possibility of the registration of the relinquishment deed getting refused by the registrar.
We are not financially ready to bear the otherwise payable stamp duty through other avaialble options.
Subsequently can I incorporate my wife as a co owner of my share to become the principal borrower for the bank ?
Please refer the legal advisor's name to help us execute the proposition.
I solicit specific advices on my above querries please.

I am in a business of trading in yarn. I purchase the same quantity as I get order. e.g. I have order of 100 bags of yarn and I purchase the 100 bags only. I do not have opening or closing stock.
Do I have to maintain gross profit ratio
or
the gross profit ratio is not applicable to me.
Please guide me.

TRUST REGISTERED UNDER SOCITIES ACT 1860 AND BPT ACT 1950 PURCASED LAND OF 78 ACRES IN THE NAME OF THE TRUST BY PAYMENT THROUGH THEIR PERSONEL ACCOUNTS BY THE WAY OF REGISTERED SALE DEED.
LATER IT IS FOUND THAT THERE IS A CLARICAL MISTAKE WITH CLARICAL MISTAKE BY WAY OF RAGISTERED SALE DEED THOUGH TRUSTY WANT TO BUY ONLY 50 ACRES BY THE NAME OF TRUST. AFTER SIX MONTHS THEY MADE THE CORRECTION IN SALE DEED BY WAY OF REGISTRY IN WHICH 50 ACRE LAND WAS IN THE NAME OF THE TRUST AND REMAINING LAND IN THE NAME OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE TRUST BUT BEFORE EXECUTION OF CORRECTION DEED CHANGE REPORT OF 78 ACRES WAS FILED BEFORE HON'BLE ACC. NOW ANOTHER CHANGE REPORT OF 50 ACRES ALSO FILED AND PRAYED TO CHARITY COMISSIONER TO CLOSE THE CR OF 78 ACRES OF LAND AND ALLOW THE CR OF 50 ACRES OF LAND BY THE NAME OF THE TRUST .WHICH CR MAY ACCEPTED? WHY ? IN ORDER TO ACCEPTANCE OF LATER CR ANY EXPERT HAVING CYTATION ,PLEASE GIVE ME THE DETAILS.

Can Law gives any Power to Police that he should decline any complain(U/s 420,417 IPC) under the ground that the victim should not have any written evidence. (Victim A gives an amount Rs. 22,000 to B on good faith in the present of witnesses. but as per understanding B has refuse to return the amount. Now what can do the victim A ?

One rupee note is currency note & issued by govt. & other than 1 rupee note all notes are bank notes which are issued by RBI. Why such difference is made? Why RBI do not issue 1 rupee note & why same is issued by govt?
