I want to ask one question here, 2 years before I fight with few guys and they were case on my and added IPC section 323,324 and 506. When are injured then they add FIR after 24 hours and they admit in private hospital and create their MLC report.
Can anyone tell me is there any way to save myself from this case. I already content with them for compromises but they didn’t agree can I do cross case on them? I’m totally confuse what should I do I already attend on curt date and 2nd will come after 1 month.
(I'm working in IT Company as a Project Manager since 2005 and no criminal record I have, I trapped only this case)
Please advice me what should I do

Greetings of the day,
I have filed a case under IPC 498A, against my husband in ahmedabad. now i m stay with my parents (due to their ill health) in another city of gujarat.
i would like to know if i would be able to transfer my case to my parent's city from ahmedabad?
If yes, i would like to know how? and what could be approx. time duration for the same?

can an ex-prate processiding u/s. 101 be set aside after issuing certificate by registrar u/s. 101 in maharashtra co-op soc. act? if the documents are forged and criminal case going on

DEAR SIR,
MY BROTHER-IN-LAW IS NEWLY MARRIED (AROUND SIX MONTH BEFORE). HIS WIFE IS SOME CHEAP MINDED. SHE ALWAYS ABUSES THE IN-LAW'S & HUSBAND. HER EYE IS ON IN-LAW'S PROPERTY. SHE BEHAVES VERY ROUGHLY WITH THE MOTHER-IN-LAW & FATHER-IN-LAW. SHE HARDLY PREPARE FOOD. PERHAPS SHE HAS SOME WRONG RELATIONSHIP AT HER NATIVE, SO ALWAYS WANNA GO TO NATIVE. BUT IN-LAW'S ARE NOT ALLOWING. NUMBER OF TIMES SHE GOT CAUGHT TALKING OVER PHONE IN MIDNIGHT. MY BROTHER-IN-LAW HAS JOINED HIS JOB RECENTLY. SO HE IS IN OTHER CITY FOR JOB. MY FATHER-IN-LAW & MOTHER-IN-LAW ARE VERY SOFT NATURED & INNOCENT. BUT SHE IS HARASSING THEM LIKE ANY THING. SHE ALWAYS THREATENS THAT SHE WILL COMMIT SUICIDE & FORCE THEM TO GO JAIL. ONCE SHE HAS COMMITTED ALSO, SHE HAS TAKEN 15 PILLS OF AVIL-50 AT A TIME TO DO SO. BUT SHE WAS SAVED. NUMBER OF TIMES SHE HAS GIVEN WRONG STATEMENT TO HER PARENTS THAT HER MOTHER-IN-LAW HAS BEATEN HER. WHEN HER PARENTS CAME TO INVESTIGATE THEN SHE TOLD THAT THIS WAS JUST A JOKE & SHE ACCEPTED IN-FRONT OF EVERYBODY THAT NO BODY HAS BEATEN HER. EVEN SHE HAS BROUGHT SOME KIND OF POWDER (FROM ANY SAINT) TO GIVE HER HUSBAND TO MAKE HIM UNDER HER CONTROL. HER PARENTS HAS THREATENED OVER PHONE THAT THEY ARE GOING TO KILL EVERY-BODY.
NOW HER PARENTS ARE TELLING THAT THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE IPC 498A AGAINST IN-LAW'S. THEY ARE GOING TO PUT THE NAME OF ALL FAMILY MEMBER AGAINST DOWRY HARRASMENT. ALTHOUGH I HAVE NEVER GONE THERE AFTER MARRIAGE. THEY ARE GOING TO PUT MY NAME & MY WIFE'S NAME ALSO IN THE FIR.
CAN U PLEASE ADVICE ME WHAT SHOULD I DO IN SUCH SITUATION.

Could the Right to information cover the office of CJI ? Even if that is permitted will more arguments be forwarded to right of information about links( WHICH ARE DECEPTIVE IN NATURE) regarding national security which is included in the provisions of act? will it come to the pale of consideration if such a precedent is there???

A government org. has pulished 1 invitation for tenders on 15th Feb 2010. The tender got opened on 4th March 2010. But on 9th March some more tenders were filed. On checking the org. ppl found that as updation on site says the tenders are invited till 9th March 2010.
Shall they reject those tenders as the earlier filed tenders are already opened. What all legal action sthey can take for the site updation says that the tendres are invited till 9th March ALTHOUGH the fact is that the tender were opened on 4th March 2010.
Please also suggest that if they advertise again for inviting tenders for how long they can advertise (Please recommend the shortest period) and can they reject the tender filed after 4th MAR. THOUGH THE SITE SHOWS THE TENDERS INVITED.

Contract Marriage and Pre nuptial contracts - validity

Can anybody please tell me, if the pre-nuptial contracts are valid in india. if yes, to what extent ? can the couples decide on the custody of their child, or can they fix a future date of termination of contract of marriage ?
- First of all, is a contract of marriege valid in india ?
- Can a contract fixing a future date for divorce be valid in the eyes of law in india ?
- Agreement in restraint of marriege is void, so is an agreement setting out a future date for divorce be valid ?
