My concern actually is to sell my 50%
& get rid of same. My nominated brother
is offering almost peanuts & not 50% of the market price.
I believe it is mandatory to probate a will
in Mumbai, is there a time limit, as 2 yrs have passed.

if a person has handed his property in sum body else custody for 4 years and had no news form the owner, then can he by getting himself on the municipal records sell that property legally?
what would be the consequences on the person who buys the property consequently if the owner comes thereafter and claims his right over the property?

Is there is any time frame fixed under the central excise act, for removal of goods from factory premises after invoice generation.
or In what time these goods must be removed from the premises after invoice generation.

my wife family members are calling me up & assulting on telephone that they will threating me & my family members for their life. i had put NC in Police station 2.5 years back & again they have started this threating. can i put NC again in Police staion & Put case again their famliy members in Court.
Under which section can i put case?
if i can put case against them, will this case affect my 498a, DV & crt case? in what way. or this case again them will not be positive for their case as she had mentioned in her application for mental harraement & attact from my side.? plz Help & give me the path against their harresment.

Sir, Please tell me the advantage and disadvantage to take property in joint me.
1)Suppose I take property in joint name can I show the income from rent to in my wife name(by taking Cheque in her name)i.e.showing income in wife name
2)If it is second property , can interest rebate in income tax is also available for second property.
3)Income from second property will be deducted from interest rebate of both houses (if rebate is available on second property)

That my client had purchased the plot on 7/12/2009 through registered sale deed but 2 months before purchasing one strange person encroached oved the plot.
I served the notice to that person for vacate the plot and he denied in his reply notice.
what suit shall I have to file against him for evicting him.
pls provide me suit title and how the court fees be calculated for that suit (Maharashtra State)

what is the risk/probability of infection of AIDS by an infected needle lying/placed in a public place?
I know that LCI is mainly a legal fraternity. However people like Dr.SanatKumar are active members here. As such i raised this issue.
Nowadays,many of us are receiving many emails in this regard.
I Hope someone from the medical community clarifies the possibility,eventhough,it is a known facts that AIDS virus cannot survive long in atmosphere.

I & my deceased brother purchased a flat 25 yrs ago, his name as First, who nominated his 50% to a younger brother with an alleged will.
The CHS refused to accept him, until I gave NOC with his indemnity. He has not done the probate, as objections from legal heirs. What are my rights or have i to wait endlessly. Any suggestion/advice is appreciated.

I shall be grateful if the solution to the following problem is given-
An educational Institution based at Hyderabad ( Andhra Pradesh) is having Colleges in various State including Haryana. In its College at Haryana, there are 9 employees whose wages are less then Rs. 10,000/-. Whether they will be treated as covered under ESI in vieu of the fact that salary of other employees is released from Hyderabad . The haryana college has also employeed 60 employees under contract Act asd their PF & ESI is being regularly deducted and deposited in the Govt. Account.
The said 9 employees also get their salary from Hyderabad.
If the answer to the above question is then kindly intimate the procedure for obtaining Sub- code for covering the employees of Haryana College .
