Mbbs exam result

I appeared in MBBS final year exam in my two left over papers in March . In the result declared I could not pass with shortage of 13 marks in one subject and 8 marks in another

I had done well in the exams and was not expecting this bad result. I retrieved PDF of my answer sheets from the university and got it checked from a teacher who is also a Doctor ( MD) and takes online classes and as per that teacher I am comfortably passing and the marks as per her assessment are far higher than the passing marks required. In her opinion there can be difference of max 3-4 marks between two checkers but cannot be this wide margin & she has given me her analysis of marks in writing.

Basis her report I have challenged my marks for re evaluation.

I fear that though university will do re evaluation but may not act fair with me so as to protect their own teachers

Kindly advise what remedy do I have legally if I am not satisfied with re evaluation

Can I approach court with my online teachers assessment.

Child custody

Hi,
Me and my wife married in 2013 and had a boy child of age 8. She filed DVC and other cases and I filed child custody.

We compromised the matter and had written MOU. As per MOU I have to give alimony and divorce. And I (Father) will get child custody after school exams in april 2024.

I(Father) paid the alimony and divorce is granted. Child custody case was transferred to lokadalat by judge. lokadalat passed the orders that Father will have the custody and mother has visiting rights on festivals and holidays (As per the compromise).

As per the order I have taken child with me last week. Now mother is asking to send kid to her house for 2 days.

Mother and her parents are very unbelievable. We had done similar MOU in past and the broke it by complaining in police station. So I cannot believe them.

1. Is it safe to send child to mother for 2 days? can they break the lokadalat order?
2. What can I do if mother doesnot send child back?
3. We have to join child in school and he has to give entrance exams. So if mother dont send it will be a big problem
4. Is there a possibility of mother not sending kid back? can she challenge lokadalat order with writ petition(I have checked some articles in internet about this)
5. If mother dont send child back, is there any way that I can get child back immediately?
6. Is there any way that mother can get child custody back by challenging the lokadalat order?

Please note that once child goes to mother, they may force/teach anything to child to tell any answer to police or court etc.

Gst on fright received by gas agency from company

Dealer has one truck, which is solely used for transportation of petroleum products, under the contract of Indian oil corporation and Hindustan petroleum products.

As the petroleum products are not the part of GST, it comes under vat.

Question is whether freight charged on it also became exempt under GST

Ancestral vs self acquired

Good Morning all,

Question for all the experts and please help me to understand.

It was an ancestral property inherited for generations. Four brothers (lets say Brother A, B C D).

In year 2007 they made registered partition deed in the family. Brother B got 3.67 Acres of land via partition deed. Now the bother B has possession of 3.67 Acres.

Brother B has 2 daughters and 1 Son, all are major.

In year 2011 (Bother B still alive). B made registered Partition Deed among the kids. He gave 2.67 Acres to his son and half acres to each of his daughters. Now his son (lets say X) has 2.67 acres in his possession.

Now X has 5 kids (4 daughters and 1 son all are major), he want to sell his 2.67 acres and two of his daughters not ready.

Since it ceases the ancestral nature in 2007. I believe it become self acquired property of X.

Questions:

1. Is this Self acquired property of X as he got thru the partition?
2. Can he (X) sell the property without his daughters consent?.

Please provide your opinion.

Thanks
Shashi

Associated member in chsl

An old person who is the member of CHSL in Mumbai is bedridden. Society Secretary, Treasurer and one committee member personally visited the place and witnessed that she seems to be not in her senses and not able to move on the bed without support and not even able to speak. However, to the best of our knowledge only doctor should examine her and give the medical report saying she is mentally fit. society needs advise before admitting the family member as associated member. We do not like to be harsh and like to help the member. Just pulling the hand and taking the Thumb Impression does that hold valid when the member does not know the contents of the letter and/or form. What is the solution to this. We feel pity and definitely feel this matter to be handled sympathetically but do not like to go against the law of the land hence this query to you.
