Whether loan documentation and evaluation services provided by DSA/DMA of Banks falls under BAS or it falls under BSS. Also whether these services would not get benefit of basic exemption under notification 6/2005, being branded service. A quick response from Experts is eagerly awaited.
Also please quote the relevant citation, if any, on this matter.

A company has its current Auth Capital of Rs. 10 Cr it intend to increase it to Rs. 50Cr. but does not want to increase it in one go.It proposes the following solution:
to take the shareholders approval in an AGM to authorize the Board to increase the Auth Cap upto Rs 50 Cr., if needed, till the next general meeting and also auth the Board to alter the MOA to give effect to the resolution..... Is the proposed solution legally possible??? Kindly give ur opinion with reasons, proviosions, circulars and case laws..

Hello sir / maam ,
I am a muslim girl and I hav married to a hindu Boy in Sep. 2008 in Arya Samaj Madir where Marriage certificate were issued to us along with my Conversion certificate ( Hindu Conversion ) . But we have not regiistered our marriage in anywhere .
And after sometimes of marriage , problem started arises and our marriage didn’t run well .Finally, on May 2009, I came back to my parents home and we have no contacts from last 1 year via any media at all .
Now , I am looking forward for divorce for my safe future .
But the Lawyer , we have hired for the Divorce case has suggested us that there is no need of getting divorce since this marriage has not registered anywhere .
KINDLY ANSWERS BELOW QUESTIONS WITH REFERENCE .
Please suggest me :
1. Do I need to get divorce from him for my safe future.
2. If yes, where can I file divorce case against him ..in Civil court or Arya samaj.
3. If no, can I re-marry in future without getting divorce from him.
4. What are the procedures of getting divorce .
5. Can he file any case against me ,if I remarry somebody without getting divorce from him .
Please help me and suggest me .

Can an equitable mortgage created by deposit of duplicate copy of Title deed (a copy on Rs. 2/- stamp paper duly registered as a duplicate copy with the Registrar)be held as valid?
More so when the said equitable mortgage by deposit of title Deed is created in a Town which was not notified on the date of the Mortgage as required u/s 58(f) of the T.P.Act.
The Property which is alleged to be mortgaged (as aforesaid) already stands sold and registered in the name of the buyers for more than 12 years prior to the date of the Recovery Certificate and its attachment. Can the Recovery Officer order for auction of such property in terms of a Recovery Certificate issued on the basis of a Preliminary Decree passed by a High Court on the basis of duplicate copy of title deed inspite of objections raised by the present owners before him? The said duplicate copy of title deed or any mortgage deed or document relating to the said mortgage was ever admitted by the defendants and the Hon'ble High Court passed the preliminary decree since it proceeded ex-parte against the defendants. Even those documents are not on record.
Is there any law / judgment on the matter?
