suspension as punishment

In a disciplinary proceedings punishment order dated 28/5/2010, promotion ia withheld upto 31/5/2010 but suspension to be treated as such. The order is silent on seniority issue.
1) Is such treatment of suspension period valid considering imposition of
such a minor punishment?

2) Is there any reference case law based on which appeal can be filed to the Appellate Authority against such treatment of suspension period in the DA's order?

husband left to Us witout informing me

Dear Sir/Madam,

I XXx got married to Xxx NRI who works for TCS 7 months ago i.e on 4th oct 2009 at my inlaws place) according to Hindu Marriage Act and the marriage got registered. My husband left me on oct 14 th 2009 and said he will be back after 2 months to process my visa.He left me at my inlaws place, since then harassment started by my inlaws and i complained my husband several many times, but he used to ignore.
He came back on Dec22 to India, and we stayed with our inlaws. Problems kept increasing day by day.So i waited as we can fly to US once we get the visa.He applied L1 visa and spouse dependent L4 visa through TCS ,chennai branch. He also informed me that the petition got appoved on 16 th January and said we will fly within a month time.
After that, i was 3 months pregnant, and i went to my maternal house to meet my parents. And on return from my house, my Mom came to drop me at my inlaws house. My inlaws called my mom into the room and informed that I am a Psychiatric patient and needs Psychiatric treatment and also informed that i tear newspapers in the apartment and cut my hands ,and break my head when i go mad, which is not true.So they took a lecture for my mom about 3 hours and they said they are not willing to send me to US though i get the visa.My mom did not undestand their intensions and also informed that i need to be here in india with my parents or inlaws.
My father came to my inlaws place, the following week and with their permission brought me from there.
Now its been 2 months,my husband did not communicate with me,though i tried several times by mailing/phone/messages. He says he needs apologies from my parents and me and we need to fall on their feet, only then he allows me inside the house and also used all abusive words. We dont understand what went wrong from our side to say apologies. So,we filed a DV case in my hometown (DVC 08/2010) and we sent summons, none from his family turned up and they gave vakaltnuma . So the court hearing was postponed to 7th may.He is such a person ,now he left me and went to US. I know the place where he stays.

All I request is please tell wat else can i do to bring him back to India, and its too injustice to reject court summons and flying to US without informing my family and me.He last communicated on 25th may. This is not fair marrying me and deserting me ( A pregnant woman) here in India and flying to US without any intimation. I can provide you with all my husband details.
I have all my husbands particulars with me and also the petition we filed for visa and the paystubs and W2 earning summary. So please help me and expecting an earliest reply from your team. Please do justice for me in this matter and process my request as early as possible.Do get in touch with me for any further information.
Thanks in advance.
Wat should i ask in the court for bringing him to India?

claiming of rights on ancestral property

parttition for 20 cents of lands in Kerala from my mother side which was completed some where in 1970's and my mother got 08 cents of land and part of a building. The other parties namely my grand mother, three uncles and two aunties got their share in the 12 cents along with the other portion of the building. In due course, my grand mother expired, one uncle and two aunties leaving their heirs. In the year 2008 the elder uncle who was a disabled and unmarried and passed without leaving any will. The most important thing is the younger uncle along with his family consisting wife and four childrens residing in some part of the building and leaving some of the part for rental duly enjoying the full benefit of the rent and other income. He also not willing to allow any other legal heirs to share the building and also not to give the shares to others. I want to know that:
1. Whether my mother is entitled to the share of my grand mother ? If so how we can claim it?
2. Who are eligible for the share of my deceased uncle who was disabled and unmarried and what is the speedy process to claim it?
3. How can we vacate the tenants from the building who were allowed by younger uncle without the consent of others?
4. What are the legal actions can initiate against my uncle?
