lawyers interested in taking up LA cases

Many people affected by LA proceedings have been approaching me for help in handling their cases.
Since I am not a lawyer, I would like to refer such persons to lawyers who are interested in taking up such LA cases.
Therefore I request such lawyers who are interested in taking up Land acquisition cases in Tamilnadu to kindly let me know your intention and contact addresses.
Those lawyers who may not be interested so but who would like to recommend other lawyers who they deem suitable for the assignments, may also kindly do so.

I want to sue some newspapers for defamation . I have written a letter to Hon. Magistrate which has been kept for hearing and deciding the maintaining of the complaint on 11th June and I have been allowed to argue myself. In the letter , I requested the Hon. Magistrate to award all the accused maximum punishment provided in the law and also asked for damages . I have also written the same letter to the Hon. Civil and Sessions Judge who has the registrar to study and put up the case. Kindly guide me regarding the further argument and procedure.

Anscestral vs self acquired Property/Inheritance rights.

My father inherited property from my grandfather,as a sole child/inheritor.

He then sold this property and with this money he received he purchased another property.

Half of this property was then registered in his name and half in my mothers name.

Our Mother died 10 yrs back and father is now unsound of mind due to old age.

Mutation and changes were not done in govt land records, after mothers death.

My father has 3 children.

Qtn 1:Can my father gift/transfer his full half share in this property to my brother, without the consent/agreement of other 2 children?.

Qtn 2:Will this property be considered to be anscestral property or self acquired?

Qtn 3:What inheritance rights do all 3 children have.

Law Entrance

Heelo Sir,
This time G.N.D.U. exempted the law Entrance Test and made criteria to select a candidate wholly on the basis of 12th standard marks which according to me is no-t a good step as already our legal education is -having so many flaws.
I_ just want to know that whether this is the decision approved by BCI or not ? ------if not then whether this can be challenged in the court or not?
I will wait your response at nl.trhn@gmail.com

Land Acquisition Act of 1894, sec 51

The LA Act 1894 says in sec51:
"51. Exemption from stamp duty and fees. - No award or agreement made under this Act shall be chargeable with stamp duty, and no person claiming under any such award or agreement shall be liable to pay any fee for a copy of the same."
Two aspects of this section are apparent:
1. on the LAO/Govt side -award or agreement under the Act are exempt from Stamp duty and fees.
2.on the interested persons side- they need not pay any fee for obtaining a copy of such award agreement
Does it mean that an award is exempt from duty but it shall be registered with the registrar and if anyone claiming under that award needs a copy of such award, he can obtain it from the Registrar without paying any fee?

IMPLICATION OF A WILL

My mother has made a will of her house property in favour of her three sons with equal distribution but has inserted a clause stating that after her death the property will be saleable only with the consent of either two of her three sons.Does this rider hold good in the eyes of law?
