To file a petition in cat being a retired central govt., min. of defence officer, who should be made respondents against biased acr?

we are using a road of my neighbour on prescriptive easement for last 25 years. we filed a petition before muncif court for grant of easement right.the court dismissed the same.the very next day we filed a petition at muncif court for maintaining status quo. the court allowed the same. subsequently during the period of stay, they distroyed a portion of road. we have filed 3 petitions together. one for commission inspection 2nd for restoration and 3rd for violation.
now the munciff is saying that since he has already passed the order denying the easement right apllication, he will not be able to pass an order to restore the road to the orginal position.
i need the restoration , is there any ruling for my favour.

Dear Friends of the Forum,
An agricultural Land, belongs to Mr."A", sold to Mr."B".But not through registered (but have an unregistered sale deed !) sale deed, but is in Possession of Land.
Mr. "B", sold this land to Mr."C" through an unregistered sale deed,and handed over the Possession of Land to "C".Mr."C"is in Possession of Land for last 25 years, till today. Now, Mr "A" & "B" ( both ) are dead. My Question to the learned Experts is :Should Mr. "C" claim under,
1) unregistered sale deed,obtained from Mr. "B",(by regularising ? Which is,i think tough as on today, because legal heirs may create problems),
OR
2) In Possession of Land for last 25 years, (Adverse possession )But against Whom, Mr. "A" OR Mr. "B" ?
OR
3) Any other alternative you , EXPERTS suggest!

Sub: Request to clarify my doubts as follows

I B.BALAGANESH, s/o G.BALASINGH, I am the member of our LAWYERS CLUB, After completing Bachelor of Business Law(B.B.L) I am pursuing LL.B 2nd Year in Asian College of Law, Sarsawa(U.P), New Delhi. I am the General Secretary of DHARMA SENA, and also legal adviser of various private voluntary organizations and trade unions.
In Tamil Nadu the state government produced one government order for abolishing the Names in other languages (Hindi & English) in the board of the firm (shops), the government compel the public to publish their firm’s Name only in tamil through that G.O, other ways they collect fine from the traders. In that G.O the state government said that every trader should publish their firm’s name:- a]5:5 size in tamil language(Big size & Compulsory) b]3:3 size in English language(Small size& optional) c]2:2 size in other languages(Very Small size & optional)
I am not agree with that G.O of the state government. Because it is only a G.O, it is not a Law, and also its violate the fundamental rights of Right to speech and expression, Right to carry on business.
In all records my signature is in Sanskrit language (T.N.Govt don’t like it) even then it is my individual right; like that Musalmaan’s publishing their firms name in some unknown foreign language (I don’t like that language) in friend of their shops. No body like it even then it is the right of him/her.
I want to issue notice against that G.O in among the public for creating awareness and also to disobey that G.O through private voluntary organizations. Hence you are humbly requested and pleased to furnish some previous judgments (rulings) regarding that “Expression through any language is the fundamental rights” and “Trader can publish their firm’s name in any language”

Dear All,
I am from chennai.I worked as an CTO in private concern.As per our company rules i issued the resignation letter with 3 months notice period.After receiving my resignation letter from thord day itself my problem is stsrted.
1.they disconected my net connection
2.strict order to the all employees "dont talk to CTO(me)"
3.started insulting me for all the small things.
as the CTO of the company....after the resignation letter they insulted me a lot.Managenent forget i am the base for the company and i only bring the team to the company.
they started complaining about me to the all other employees.
after one week My boss purposly started unwanted arguement with me and he said "if you wants to go out from the company you can go out now"
i am totaly upset and went home.
after that my friend told me they opend my system checked the all files and changed the passward and loced my system.
and my hr called me in the same day said "dont come office from tomorrow"
and i am waiting for my salary for the last one month.there is no reply from the management and from the hr side.
i have all the proof(copy of the resignation letter with three months notice period,mail proof for all my communication with hr).and also they deducted PF for almost 16 months.but till now company is not started any pf account.
please guide me how to get my salary?please send me your commends to my mail....

Hi All,
My passport was deposited in local session court in 498a case, meanwhile I am undergoing a divorce.
Can I ask for my passport back after I get a divorce..?
If yes.. what could be the conditions.
In no... how can I get my passport back.

I am a student of MBA doing final year aged 22 at Viluppuram in Tamilnadu. My right kidney is a failure from the birth and I am alive due to proper functioning of my left kidney. When recently scanned doctors asked me to remove right kidney, if I feel to much pain or distraction. They also said that if I strain physically too much there are chances for my kidney
even to burst inside. Which will be an emergency operation.
With all these sorrows I am living with my toughest parents. They are not giving me proper food, most of the days only one
meal at a day. My mother is using sexually explicit words against me. If I ask money they are threatening to kill me. One time when I asked money my maternal uncle tried to assault me.
I am not able to concentrate in my studies any more.
How I can save myself. I wish to claim the property that will usually move to son as per Indian law. And move away from my parents once for all.
