Respected sir,
My client is finance co. company finance on hirer againts vehicle, Hirer not pay instalment, so co.has seized vehicle and sold it.thenafter co.has filed form 36.tjat time hirer file objection for not transfer said vehicle.my client meet R T O for objection.co.has take legal steps & procedure for sold vehicle thenatfer RTO is not ready take action againts objection. What can do for this objection ? Please give me advise for it.

dear sirs,
i got married in the year 2002, at that time my wife waiting for a govt job of his father. his father died in the year 2000. and we applied for compassionate ground job to my wife in correct form and at that time we are not married. in the year 2001 TN Govt announce no appointment in compassionate ground. so we got married in the year 2002 end. in this situation after 5 year another govt. comes and declare appointmnet in compassionate ground from 2007. but the appointing collector of our disctrict reject our application and state that there is no provision to give job to married daughtor of a govt servent. in this situation we are giving petition to CM, Collector to consider our application as the wife of deceased govt employee is in custody of ours only, so give job. but from all end that said there is no provision in act. Kindly clarify whether we are eligible to get job or not. Can we file any writ against govt. please clarify.

i want to aks the following things.
my friends is going through bad time of his marrige.
he has send two notice to her wife at her parents palce.and she dint reply to any of her notices. .what the next step he should take and under what ground.
evenafter taking seperate palce for staying ,her wife is not doing any thing,my frd has to wash his own cloths,clean up the room,even she is not cooking the food for him.

JK Govt. has put tax on each Hindu Yatri & Food Stalls while Central Govt. gives Rs.826 Crores for Haj. Why this difference in approach to the relgious pilgrimes, in the same country ?

Dear All,
I bought 300feet pvc pipe from a factory for submersible boring of Rs.28000 on bill. After three hours of trial of submersible bore,some pipes got damaged because it could not resist to the small stones which were put into bore alongside the pipe as per requirement.
However vendor verbally assure me the quality
of the pipes.
Underthecircumstances I bear a loss of Rs.75000 , due to poor quality of the pvc pipe.
Can I go to Consumer forum for the claim.
Please advice?

Respected experts,
We are three brothers and two sisters, our father expired in 1990, without making any will. He hold two residential plots in his name. Now we want to transfer the same plots in our name.
Now my question is there any right of My sisters in that property, as father was expired in 1990 and Hindu Succession act was amended in 2005. Will this act has retrospective effect or the property will devolve in between three brothers only.
If there is any right of sisters then under which law it is declared.
Please advise accordingly.

in my earlier query i ws replied that i cant file defamation case after my aquital from 498a which was filed by my wife.my wife accused us of physically and mentally torturing her for dowry, forcing her to leave her job and instigating her to commit suicide.(my wife is undergoing psychiatric treatment).since i am a government servant i am unable to join my duty before taking bail.all her allegations are a blatant lie.since i have transferred money to her account (1 lakh),included her name in my salary account,as well as in mediclaim.but she and her parents have left us nowhere and all our reputation in my place of doing job has been shattered.i may even not get promotion.sir,please tell me categorically whether i can file defamatin suit and what are the chances of winning as we are deeply shocked at their blatant lie. they have filed 498a after i filed divorce suit.i shall be highly obliged for a comprehensive reply.
