If we pay taxes ,do not we become consumers of companies like --"Indian Govt." or "Pakistan Govt." etc.?
If after paying adequately to some company ,we become their consumers and if that comapany fails to deliver the promised goods or service, we can stand against them in Consumer Courts,Can we go to the consumer Courts against Governments like that of India as we pay taxes to them and we are entitled to get timely justice from it ? I mean ,are not we consumers of a company like "Indian Govt." who takes taxes from us to deliver us justice if ever needed, so can not we go to the "Consumer Courts" when the ordinary courts do not give justice but give only next date of hearing? Can we get a speedy justice this way?

My question is, whether any bar in law to carry passenger/agricultural employees in tractor/trailer? if so which section in MV act i need to look into, if carry passenger what is effect if accident occurred.
What is the definition of the word "immediate" in section 14D of Delhi Rent control Act?
I am pasting here this particular section of this act----
"Right to recover immediate possession of premises to accrue to a widow. - (1) Where the landlord is a widow and the premises let out by her, or by her husband, are required by her for her own residence, she may apply to the Controller for recovering the immediate possession of such premises.
(2) Where the landlord referred to in sub-section (1) has let out more than one premises, it shall be open to her to make an application under that sub-section in respect of any one of the premises chosen by her."
In day to day life by "immediate" we mean " accomplishing a job/work without loss or interval of time."But this simple definition is not perhaps accepted by Indian judiciary--by immediate they perhaps mean 6 months or 8 months. Can you tell me whether I am right? If yes,how they decided this time frame as "immediate"?
Or If I am wrong ,do they deliver justice in the trials under this section immediately,I mean within days?
Can we ask this question to Indian Govt. through Right to information act--RTI,if yes, how?
Should not we have "Right to justice" act passed as soon as possible in countries like India?
Justice delayed justice denied. Here we go to the courts for justice and they give us simply next dates of hearing.Simply they do no have time for us.Simply they are denying us justice.A government who can not provide justice to its countrymen is just a failure.Justice should be done quickly-- not in years or decades.
Earlier right to get information of Government records was not given but now thanks to "right to information" act we can access Government records and reveal their misdoings also .
Similarly I feel a "right to justice" act should also be passed that may help in delivering quick and appropriate justice to all of us .
What do you say, please suggest, also suggest what you can do for this sake,if you can?

If DCP reinvestigate the case by order of Home Minister and Addl.CP Crime and his report he mentioned that 1) No finger Prints, Dog Squad or photographs taken 2) Spot Panchnama also changes as Panchas get objection themselves in front of ACP at the time of reinvestigate 3) N0 immediate arrest to accuse even if name is mentioned in FIR as suspect. 4) Weight of jwellery whoch is stolen is also differ in FIR, Spot Panchnama and Remand Report and IO also accept the mistake.
This report is lying in comissionerate office but no action is taken even afetr several reminders and I think final summery is also submitted by IO but no any information to me even court is also not called after 20 days complited for submitting of final summery. What Can I Do?
Can I request magistrate to reinvestigate the case throgh crime branch?
Can I file a writ petition in High court bcoz the report is lying in comissionerate office and then also no action is taken?
Request to suggest the same.
