Hi,
I had flat deal after paying downment i had it registered and applied for loan. But, due to Society registration and CIDCO transfer not happening i am unable to get loan from any bank.
Is there any rule, which says,
On cancellation is the seller subjected to return all the money back to me that i have paid him?
Please Help.

Respected experts, there is one couple who are senior citizens by whom one insurance agent has extracted money to be invested in some scheme of AVIVA insurance. As per the condition clause, the couple have revoked the policy within 15 days from the date on which they received the insurance policy document. But the Company is not ready to give back their money with interest.
We have served notice to the Company and now we have filed a consumer case too. I wanted some case law pertaining to the cancellation of policy within stipulated time.

Sirs,
My appeal has been rejected by the Central Information Commission.Since there is no appeal as per the RTI Act, 2005,I am planning to move a writ petition in Delhi High Court against the said decision.
What would be the time limit for filing the writ petition ?

There is Lodging in Mumbai, one of the partner is death the licence belong to him last five years the other partner is running the same business on that licence .How to cancel the Licence and there is any way that his legal heir will enter in it or that the partner will get the licence in his name.
Plz answer below question
1) If the property is joint and licence is also joint one of them death than the heirs will also enter their name in licence.
2)In mumbai grant road area South Div who is the licence authority to give the licence
3)After the death of party is there any rule that the Licence will continue, To whom i have file the case [LICENCE AUTHORITY]or the insepector whose duty is for inspection and renewal the licence .
4) How can I stop the Licence .
5)Lodging Licence is transferable or not
6)How to get the Attested Copy [Duplicate Copy of licence] to whom name the licence is granted.

sir im doing renovation inside my dda house but my upstairs wala is calling 100 no or giving false complaint 2 mcd they came & see tat nothing is illegal can u suggest me wat do i do i went 2police station they said no need 2worry since ur not doing illegal same is mcd wala is their any procedure under which police or mcd can take any action against him who gives wrong/false info 2 both the authority

challan and chargesheet
Respected sir,
I would like to know the differences between challan & chargesheet.
It is generally said that Investigation Officer of Police has submitted challan to the Hon'ble Court.
What does it mean???
Does it mean - investigation has been ended in chargesheet? Then, what is challan & what is chargesheet???
I will be thankful, if following is clarified:
What is "FRT" & what is "FRM" in police language?
I shall be highly oblized if my doubts/queries are dispelled.
