How to get back the title in the house property in village

There is a house which consists of 3 joint families since our forefather. The family consists of Ganpat, Gangaram & Pandurang and they are not real brothers. As the Ganpat was the head of the family, hence, the assessment receipt was coming in his name since begining and the 7x12 extract of the house is also on his name. In the year 2002 all the three existing families decided to collapse the old house and to build a new house. Since then suject to the affidavit of wife of Ganpat we have built a new house and it is equally divided into three parts. Since then the assessment receipt was coming on the name all of three families till 2007.
Now what has happened due to some dispute between our three families. The wife of Ganpat has revoked that affidavit and made a new affidavit and in that she is not ready to accept any of my share in the said house. And since then the Gram Panchayat has stopped issuing us assessment receipt. We are having Rationcard, Voting Card other some documents of the same till 2007.
So how can i get back my title in the said house property and before whom i have apply and whether i will succed in the sume or not.

Arrest after Anticipatory Bail

Is there any possibility of arresting after anticipatory bail by hc?
Normally court says to submit surety for completing AB.
Do they have a chance to play foul that surety papers are not proper (you know due to illogical reasoning for extracting money) & do they have power to cancel the bail.

Or do they need to route it through the court?

Is not there no value of photo copies in the court ?

Someone told me that photo copies do not have any value in courts so it is best that the copies which are to be filed in courts should be either certified,or attested by a gazetted officer or a Notary Public(Who issues a receipt also confirming the attestation) or an Oath Commisioner.

Or are there some other options also available ?
Is it right whatsoever I have been told ?
Would you set me right ,if I am wrong somewhere ?
Would you guide me further on this certain issue ?

query on labour law

My client is into Depository Participant Operations i.e Opening of Demat A/c's etc.
As per SEBI guidelines, we are required to carry out personal verification of clients regarding their address etc.
and this verification has to be done by the comopany's employees only. We have clients in various parts of India.
It is not possible to employee someone for this puprose since verification is not a regular feature and it will involve higher
costs in terms of regular salary and travelling at various parts of the country. So we have decided to employee on part time
basis and in various parts of the country. My question is how do we pay him so that we can comply with "Minimum wages Act",
PF, PT and ESIC. If we pay 1000/- per month, are we complying with Minimum wages act. Is it possible to employee on hourly basis, since this job is not on regular basis. If we employ on hourly basis what should be the rate per hour to comply with statutory requirements.?
Do u know of any consultant who can help me out?
